'Hercule', several of us were on that blog as well and we knew exactly what was going on, we know what was said there and we were discussing it here as well, no crime in that. The original poster made it perfectly clear that there was no proof or evidence Caylee was found, there were never any facts stated, and that the person involved in the search wasnt coming out and saying anything specific. She even provided a link to the blog and never 'took credit' for whatever was said. I still dont understand why theres a few people acting like its the end of the world and like someone was misquoted or badmouthed because that never happened. I wish this nonsense would stop, some people are acting like they own Fox blog and that no one can talk about discussions there. We are a bunch of people that care about Caylee and want her found and we have every right to discuss the case here as anywhere else.

Amen! I was here and I saw the same info. Originally just followed the link straight and followed the convo from a page before she linked to.. only came back this way to ask her to ask further questions, which she did very kindly. I think some people around here are just grumpy and think it's fun to growl at people on the net and ocassionaly flash their teeth. I wish their was a synical/know-it-all/bully alert button.

Rasgirl, Im kind of in between that site and this one right now but I just wanted to say, again, please just ignore those 2 or 3 that keep ragging on you, they are obviously a couple 'net bullies' that wouldnt have the guts to say anything like that to your face and its really not accomplishing anything to keep fighting with them. I vouched for you there that you didnt lie to anyone or misconstrue anything but they dont care, they have thier story and are sticking to it no matter what so Id suggest just being the bigger one and letting it go. They dont own the site so post what you want there and ignore thier remarks, thats what Im going to do.

This thread was started with info taken out of context from a FOX blog which this poster is a member. It was discussed with this blogger regarding the inappropriateness of creating a thread based on misinformation. I was a part of those post and urged this WS member to not "cut and paste" info to sensationalize a story.

I contacted Trish to request the thread be taken down and was assured it would be, but I see it's only been disguised under a new title.

Mrb was not even the person blogging info, only responded. As I stated, this thread has been created by snips from another blog and been totally taken out of context to create a sensationalize story.

Mrb's screen name is above the first post on this thread; seemingly portraying this person as being the one making the statement.

Again, This was a two hour blog session and what was stated was an "interpretation" of someone's observation. In addition, a person has come forward on FOX and admitted to snipping from the blog session and not portraying the true text of the blog. My point being, if someone is going to set up a thread based on info taken out of context then I think it stains the reputation of WS.

No it isnt, its showing that Justice4caylee was responding to this mrb person, not showing the quote came from mrb. Trust me, everyone here knew what it was, not sure how it got so twisted into a whole other thing.

That is how you portray it, we have not...it is appears to me that mrb is the one being addressed, or spoke to, by justiceforcaylee.

Our posters were reading and following there at this blog and are aware of the context surrounding what is being discussed here.



Nothing was disguised...I changed the title because the other title was inappropriate IMO and upsetting our posters. Nothing was 'disguised'.

It's obvious the post was sent to Mrb (it appeared here just as it appears on the Fox blog).......& obivously 'justiceforcaylee' was the poster making the statement (she was identified in the FIRST line as the poster).

I found nothing 'taken out of context'....also our poster provided the link to the original post for all to follow (if they chose to).

Sorry you feel that way. Personally I chose to join Websleuths because of all the bickering on other sites was not allowed here. *Mods, since this has been discussed on other forums, I'm not sure where to put this but if you would rather this go along one of the other threads let me know and I'll delete this and place it in the correct spot.*

Apparently GA does still have his security job on a part time basis and only late nights.

Someone I know very close to me swore up and down he saw GA's car then saw GA walking into the building he works in when he was leaving work last night.

I told him I'm sure it wasn't GA but sure enough he went to work today and asked one of the supervisors and she confirmed that GA works for the security company who does security for the building. GA doesn't work in that building every night, they move him based on where he is needed that night.

So he does have a job.

I cannot confirm this without giving you the name of the company this security firm works with but I'm sure all my great co-websleuthers can find proof out there somewhere.

Remember, i personally did not see him or the car, but someone close to me did and I tend to believe him.

Didn't TES, or someone in authority, say if they found something, they'd have to discontinue the search for that day or indefinitely to protect the area and not destroy any possible evidence? Somehow I thought they said it was routine.

Also, even if they didn't find Caylee, but someone else, I would assume they'd have to discontinue the search for a time, cardon off the area, etc., and wait for LE, forensics, whomever to show up.

Preserving the evidence in any case is of the utmost importance. I can see discontinuing a search for a few days, or a week, until lab results come back, but Tim's wife said they would probably return "in about a month". Now that's a very long time. It's a puzzle. This is why there is so much speculation.

I'm grateful to Ras for beginning this topic and sharing it with us. It gives us something more to think about, and it may even give us some hope. From her post, I knew it wasn't her words, nor did I think she was saying they actually found Caylee. Please, give Ras some slack. She just brought something over here for us to ponder because she thought we'd be interested.

I hope LE notifies Casey of their findings when they snap those handcuffs on her. She doesn't deserve the respect of "next of kin". Let's also remember the findings must be kept quiet until they have conclusive evidence and can bring Casey to trial. :behindbar

Maybe not. However, anywhere in FL is an "active scavenger" population! We have vultures as big as dogs and alligators that travel! I don't think decomp smell would be present in an open area....a trunk of a car because it is a closed space. I'm just saying, the mud itself really stinks..... really bad. I thought something was dead driving down a road here, and I realized it was the mud and standing water from the overflowing St John's River.

But it could have been a dead animal too, right? How would you know if it wasn't unless you searched the area?

Some posters are wondering why would LE be looking by the college if a body was found during the TES search. If they did find a body, they would have to do DNA testing right? Those results probably aren't available yet, right? So, I would expect LE to continue to follow up on any leads. Right?

Right... There's a possibility that LE got a lead there was evidence by the college. Who knows? We're all speculating, right?
