Re Craig Cherry and the paternity petition— Tammi certainly can't pretend she doesn't know what forgery is. The court must have explained it to her when she was charged with it in 1998. There were times I had to go back and listen 4 or 5 times, because I couldn't actually believe that she had said whatever she said. If you listen to her, there at the end, it's like she finally dropped the mask, and we all got to see the real Tammi. She is a not a nice person, not a confused person...

And I can see it in the way she said that thing about not telling them why there was going to be another name...she will try to play the EJ was raped card. I am calling it now.

The Simple Battery part of her record is very easy to believe.

Nice . I didn't consider that, I was considering they would pull "we had her artificially insemed" (and if she can successfully hide Gabriel, then how could we prove that). lol.

Right after I listened to Tammi's interview last night, that NMK graciously typed up for us I heard that woman,
D.D. (Abraham Shakesphere's case) talking on TV.

I couldn't believe how much she reminded me of Tammi! Did anyone else think so??? The manner in which they talk and came across to me was so similiar.

Has anyone heard anything?

WOW...I just read the transcript!!!! This is my opinion. If they find Gabriel deceased I think Tammi Smith should be charged with blackmail and accessory to child endangerment plus all the other current charges.

The babysitter heard Elizabeth ask the loud woman on the phone "Should I go back?" Elizabeth was following someone's instructions. I think Elizabeth told the LE all about Tammi. If she hasn't she will...it's just a matter of time!

As I said before- What kind of attorney do they have that would let them keep running their mouths???

Does anyone else besides myself believe that beautiful little Gabriel would be in his Daddy's arms right now if it were not for the Smiths!
