All the warrants tell us is that AB's phone was not pinging inn the disposal areas on the day that EB states that she and AB disposed of remains. We don't know if his phone was pinging elsewhere, if he was there but did have phone with him, if his phone was operational or not, we just cannot tell that based on the info provided in SW.
