I am a feminist. This is about being too provocative at a high school dance! It's about too much skin showing no matter what her size. You wouldn't believe the skimpy clothing I'm fighting against my 12-year-old trying to wear! I have to shop for her in the Juniors departments and stores now, and the clothing is designed for older teens- its all transparent, lacy, crop tops, and having your colored bra straps showing.
Noone deserves to be raped, and there's a big difference between covering up with a burqa and normal clothing, but the clothing today leaves much to be desired!!! This girl should have chosen a different dress.:twocents:
