Teen Stops Bullying of Blind Student...And Gets Suspended!

A very controversial situation here. What is your take on what the school did in this case?

My take: if we can take the superintendent's word for it, it seems the "Defender" was not truly suspended or kicked off the football team. Good. I agree with this posted comment:

"If my kid had punched the bully and gotten suspended, I would buy him a steak dinner! " I always tell my kids if they are bullied or someone starts a fight with them, by all means, fight back. If the school chooses to punish them ok, but I will back them 100%.

I would have a real hard time disciplining my child for stepping in. I'd be proud.
