Teresa was living in her boyfriend's mother's residence in Sacramento, California in 1981. She was last seen leaving the house after an argument with her boyfriend on May 8. She left all of her personal belongings, including her vehicle, behind. She never arrived at work the next day and has never been seen again.
Articles of Teresa's clothing, makeup, purse, and identification were found in a dumpster the day after she disappeared. Two days later, more of her belongings were found in another dumpster. Some of them had been partially burned. Teresa has never been found.
