What the heck is this about RC "Winning" custody? Ron Cummings took custody all by himself...he took the kids from Crystal on pretense and went to court. Their was no judge that took those children from Crystal. Ron took the children from her.

He then had physical custody and all he needed was to make sure Crystal didn't show and have his mommy lie for him and his aunt to provide some phoney affidavits and the judge allowed him to maintain the custody he stole despite the affidavits that the children would be under great harm if the judge gave rc primary custody.

While doing this he even got arrested for drugs....does the court care?....NO.

But ...but ..... wait a min ... I thought Ron was NOT involved in drugs ... and therefore the "better" ( :sick: ) parent, this is why he got custody .... no??

They all make me sick ..... I hope and pray that the charges stick, and that answers and justice for Haleigh come soon!!!

I agree with Dr. Fessel, it is my opinion also that Misty didn't manipulate Ron.
What are you saying they (who-Ron and Misty?) were together only one month before this happened. (before what happened?) please clarify and add a link.

I totally agree with you CathyinTexas. It seems that since Misty came into Ron's life it has all gone downhill for him. It has been mentioned that they were together only one month before this happened.

TN speaks out of both sides of her mouth...as does RC. I have had this woman pegged from the very beginning. Others have described her previously and they are correct. There are problems with her and I do not believe anything she tells us about this case. She has an agenda.

I think she is the true epitomy of having a real nightmare as a mother-in-law.

You say she has an agenda. What do you think that is? Protecting her kid no matter what? Gosh I hope not.

If Ron's downfall can be attributed to Misty, who is taking responsibility for her niece, Hope's, role in all this? I'm telling you, the matriarchs in that family are not capable of "raising" children imo, rather they somehow manage to stunt them into apparently aimless ghouls. I sure wouldn't set my purse down at that family reunion!

I am so relieved that Jr. is out of their "care," and I have to say, I also hope that the Gmoms' visitations are never unsupervised and appropriately brief. Has there been any actual sightings of Teresa since her last NG show? Personally, I suspect she's been coping exactly like these "kids" have been-- but, all of this is jmo.

Blame everything on Misty AGAIN. Makes me wonder if Ron did something to Haleigh and TN gave him the same advice then.....BLAME IT ON MISTY.

I do think that's a real possibility. I don't think Misty hurt Haleigh, but she's involved in the cover up of what did happen.

There never was a "master plan" in finding out info from Misty. It was simply something made up to try to make Ronald look better, although very few people believed it, to start with, IMO. TN is still trying to use the same excuse. She's pathetic.

It could be, DrF, but Teresa was charged in that wreck it appears.

She was suing a father and son, iirc. The father probably had title to the car the son was driving. [Just a guess on that part.]

Might be Lake County, can't remember right now and my computer is getting very "shaky."

Busy would be the go-to guy(gal) re: the wreck, imo.

IMO, TN can "talk" all she wants about RC innocents, but i think Ron has painted the picture pretty clear... Nothing is going to convince me that Ron is innocent of any of these charges.

I have always said with certain types of people, If you giv em a rope they will hang themselves... Ron has done so on his own, JMO

I said it before and I will say it again....Ron uses these young girls as his "Mules". I wish LE would track down all of Ron's female partners and find out how many were underage and the youngest.

TN visiting rc would be a sight to behold LF. These two would feed off each other and the place would explode. I don't think they have ever been good around each other and there have always been major blow-ups. TN compensates by helping when he is in trouble. She gives him money when needed and admires the girls who choose to "hang" with him...TILL they make a mistake and want to leave him..

I would love to see the video of this visit. There would be enough whining to last you a lifetime. RC is a baby who will not handle this situation. I am surprised he is not in the mental health area yet...I am waiting.

My heart goes out to the staff at county. I've been in that position and I know what trouble they are having.

Don't know, could be she has.. could be she hasn't.. Could be since he has been there since Wednesday he is sick as a dog, going through withdrawal, and is unable to receive any visitors... From what I've read withdrawal isn't pretty.. So who knows? Wish I were a fly on the wall, but then again.. maybe not...JMO

I hate to tell you guys this but the staff will not let them suffer. As soon as the inmate complains they are taking to the Doctor. In this case, because of high publicity, they will be extra careful to make sure rc is well taken care of. So don't get your hopes up that he is suffering physically. He is a cry baby and will demand all the attention and medical treatment avaiable.
