Apparently, this is a very small, privately owned Muslim cemetery. The way the news came out, a little at a time, it at first sounded like a woman just let him be buried on her property. That's what I thought when I first read about it this morning.

It's kind of a shame that the media didn't have the restraint to just sit on that one, and not share it (the burial site).

The uncle is the one who told them right?

ETA:
Sorry Tennlyn
Didn't see your post before I posted.

There is going to be more violence due to MSM reporting this. I really am worried for the woman that made the arrangements. She's now done an interview with the local news. Now all these furious people know her name and her face. Not good.

Boston Bombing Suspects Implicated In 2011 Triple Murder: Officials

From ABC:

Now law enforcement officials tell ABC News that some crime scene forensic evidence provided a match to the two Tsarnaev brothers [Tamerlan Tsarnaev and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev]. The officials also said records of cell phones used by the Tsarnaevs appears to put them in the area of the murders on that date.

The law enforcement officials who spoke to ABC on condition of anonymity, said they were waiting on further DNA evidence before bringing an indictment against Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.

I wonder if that will finally change how DT's fangirls think about him.

I had assumed that TT was involved in the triple murder, but for some reason DT was off my radar for that crime. Wow. I guess I was of the mindset that he was a regular kid led astray by his older brother. Maybe so, but definitely not as recent as I had thought.

bbm

Massachusetts investigators have developed what they call "mounting evidence," bolstered by "forensic hits," that point to the possible involvement of both Tamerlan Tsarnaev and his younger brother Dzhokhar in a gruesome, unsolved triple homicide in 2011, law enforcement officials told ABC News.

I just can't understand why couldn't everybody just keep it quiet: the police, his uncle, and this woman. The whole idea is to bury him in an unknown spot to avoid problems so why draw all that attention to it? For crying out loud, there's even a picture of his freshly covered grave site! :stormingmad:

And why would this woman want to do an interview? She should have done the good deed (what she believes anyway) then fade into the background. But she's parading herself around town for everyone to see, just asking for trouble IMO!

Muslims are not embalmed and not entombed right? How is that considered sanitary? Thank about water runoff!

Everything breaks down, including an embalmed body, eventually.

Frankly to me if you're worried about run off, you should be more concerned about embalming chemicals than just a body in its natural state breaking down.

TT is buried right down the road from me, but I could care less. I'm just glad he's (dead and) buried.

He's buried like 10 minutes from my house, and you know, I really don't care. I think it was careless and stupid for the media to even report it. That's just inviting people to come vandalize and / or protest. Virginians are having a hissy fit over it, and I think it's funny. What's he going to do, rise up out of the ground and attack us? Someone even said that now Muslims were going to come to Doswell to pray to him. Um, really? He's a God now? Get a grip, people.

Oh, and some are even thinking that Virginia got some kind of payoff for taking him. SMH.

:goodpost:

The public reaction is absurd. It's a corpse. An object. It's not evil, it can't taint the ground, and like you said, it's not going to rise out of the ground and attack people lol.

Irrational superstition.

Now they're saying it's going to bring his family here to visit his grave. If they didn't want the body, why would they come visit it?!? Ludicrous.

Who is going to bring his family? It better be Uncle Ruslan, or family paying for the trip, there'd be huge outrage if that isn't the case.

Great CNN just sent out an alert of where tt was buried. I'm beginning to hate media more than normal

Yep, and just 80 miles from Wash, DC...in a part of Virginia where I fully expect repercussions!

Virginia county officials say they’re looking at legality of Marathon bombing suspect’s burial

By Wesley Lowery and Matt Viser, Globe Staff

DOSWELL, Va. — Officials in the county where the remains of suspected Boston Marathon bomber Tamerlan Tsarnaev have been buried say they were stunned to learn of the burial and they are looking into whether the law was followed in the process.

“I’m sure that if no laws were broken ... there’s nothing we can do,” said Floyd Thomas, chairman of the board of supervisors of Caroline County. “What we would do is make sure that all of the laws regarding this particular burial were adhered to. If they were not, then I believe we would have to look at undoing what happened.”

Somehow that makes it sounds like they're going to find a law that was broken come hell or high water.

Oh, no.... sorry. I mean they're saying the body bring here is going to make the family come to the area. Not that anyone's bussing them in or anything.

http://www.cnn.com/2013/05/10/us/boston-bombings-russian-intel/index.html?hpt=hp_t2

The Wall Street Journal first reported Friday that while Russia did alert U.S. authorities about Tsarnaev's possible extremism, it kept out some facts, namely text messages referencing his desire to join a militant group.

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Mike Rogers, R-MIchigan, told the Wall Street Journal that the withheld information could have changed the way U.S. officials worked.
Access to the texts "would have allowed the bureau to open an investigation where you could track (Tsarnaev's) communications," he said. "To me, that's where the ball really got dropped."

Interesting wording that he is saying the ball really got dropped.

She was on NPR - long interview. She made it clear she has a "cause".
Well now she does. :seeya:
