Section eight doesn't mean everyone lives in a big common room. I'm going to guess, based on neighborhood, they were in a triple decker? S they have their own apartment that occupies a floor of the house. They could easily keep that hidden if they had no friends over.

So taxpayers were providing a healthy 19 year old and his 26 year old healthy brother with their OWN subsidized apartment while they wore $900 shoes and traveled to Russia?

I think we need a commissions and committees and politicans investigating THIS.

5-6 hours ago (and the hole day) I was watching live news on nbc san diego and they said several times that there were some info that pointed to that the brothers had accomplices and that THAT was the reason the operation is THAT big.
Also that there was activity at the White House that pointed to that what is going on is much bigger and dangerous than what is beeing shared in the media.

Wheter this is true or not I can´t say? But I have to say that the ongoing operation seem not to fit one person beeing sought.

The money spent in the past 24 hours has to be ASTRONOMICAL!!!

Only to terrorize an entire city with no result! WTF???

How does a man just disappear into thin air?

Transit is opening and the stay indoors effect is lifted.
Continue staying alert public... there is still a very very dangerous individual at large.
We feel confident that we can return to living our lives.

Sounds like they should have dug deeper.

He did not go to Darthmouth College (as in Hanover, NH). He went to UMass-Dartmouth... a c-level state school

We have not been the subject of a successful terrorist attack on US soil since 9-11. They are going to go after this guy with everything they possibly have. They have a duty to protect our citizens from this armed and very dangerous man and to bring him to justice.

"No suspect apprehended but he will be." --- Quite a generic statement to make .....

"Drawing back tactical teams but state police will continue in those neighborhoods all weekend." --- So, they are getting ready for the entire weekend?

They dont have a clue where he is. That's troubling

Interesting. Just heard on CNN that the 19 yr old went to Dartmouth and is still registered there. Yet, his older brother went to a community college. Dartmouth ain't cheap - which might go along with the Louis Vuitton shoes. Where did he get his money? I heard today that they (bros) were broke and therefore, couldn't flee. But now I hear one went to Dartmouth.

This is nuts...

JMHO

Folks, including media, are getting this wrong. He didn't go to THE expensive, prestigious Dartmouth, he went to UMass - Dartmouth.

Not necessarily. He clearly had terrorist ideas but that doesn't mean he had ties.

Kind of odd that a mechanic would even recognize Louis Vuitton Shoes. They could be $15 knockoffs (I sure wouldn't recognize the brand or know the price).

I believe that the suspect told the mechanic that his shoes were $900. My hubs is a mechanic, though, and he knows quality.

This could have really angered him beyond recovery. Still haven't figured out how boxing for a passport works, or why, if he was already traveling home.
