If those friends were my kids I would tell them just to forget about testifying but talk to the FBI.

Some of the comments on Twitter are disturbing. Especially the ones from girls saying how "hot" DT is etc.
Being a teenager is all about "hot". That is how the species learns to be intimate with one another. Its a natural process. IMO, nothing disturbing about teens being teens!

Re: There are agencies that specialize in placing caregivers who spend an 8 hr. shift with the patient. There are at-home patients who require 24 hr. care. BUT I doubt any agency would be scheduling any one worker for 80 hours of work in one week. They would not want to do that because when a person works more than 40 hrs. per week it kicks in state and federal laws pertaining to Overtime.

It would be possible, however, to work for two different agencies at the same timein order to procure that many hours within a week.

In any case, I would imagine that by now the FBI knows exactly who the wife was working for and how many hours per week she worked.
---------------
I have always wanted to go to London. Retired now, I started to look into going on vacation to London. I found out that the airfare alone is almost $1,000. I am assuming the airfare to the country where the parents are located costs even more than that.

Where, exactly, was the money to pay for airline tickets coming from for these folks who were living in Section 8 housing and receiving welfare benefits coming from?
How were those tickets actually paid for - by credit card or by cash?

For how long has this entire family had more money than having a legitimate job would account for? I would think the FBI is looking into this also.
-----------------
The three murdered guys were into boxing and body building, right? The illegal drugs favored in this circle would be things like steroids and human growth hormones, not marijuana. And surely there are drug dealers who specialize in these types of drugs also.

Not to mention the cars they drove. Not exactly clunkers... student loans wouldn't cover. Maybe massive credit card debt.

From the Boston Herald:
The accused Marathon bombers wore expensive clothes and drove brand-new Porsches, Range Rovers and Mercedes — and were in a rush for their car the day after the bombing, , says a Cambridge auto body shop owner.

Gilbert Junior, owner of the Cambridge -based Junior Auto Body, said he saw one of the accused bombers Tuesday morning and “knew something was wrong right away.”

“He was nervous, and biting his nails, and he wanted his girlfriend’s car right away even though I hadn’t fixed it yet,” he said.

Junior said the two were from Russia and used to live in Turkey. He said they belonged to a group of friends from Turkey. He said they paid him in cash and he never knew their names. He knew them only as “the brothers.”

“They drive new cars all the time, like Porsches, Range Rovers, all the time. They change cars all the time,” he said.

So I was looking at the handle TT used on YouTube and it is muaz seyfallah. I searched that and came up with this:
http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shariat_Jamaat
I think those are two names of people involved in the Caucaus Emirate. Not sure if he was directly involved with anyone over there, but I would venture to say he was strongly inspired by that group. There is also a book out there with those words in the title but I can't find much in English.

BOSTON STRONG!!

"The people of Boston are strong like cement. Strong people. They get together when it's needed," said Robert Bibias, a city masonry worker who early Wednesday cemented over what had been a blood-stained, debris-filled crime scene. "I'm proud, but in the meantime, I'm sad."

While most of the debris from the bombings was cleaned up last week, Boston is still filled with remnants of the terrorist attack. The glass storefront to Marathon Sports -- adjacent to where the first explosion went off -- had been blown out and replaced with a large poster reading "Boston Strong," the motto the city adopted after the attack.

KT has some problems...one is with the truth...

Katherine Russell, the widow of suspected Boston bomber Tamerlan Tsraneav, has a criminal record and is a confessed shoplifter, MailOnline can reveal.
A police report obtained by MailOnline reveals that the 25-year-old Islamic convert was arrested in 2007 for stealing $67 worth of clothing from an Old Navy store in Warwick, Rhode Island.
And in an intriguing twist, Russell, who was 18 at the time, told officers she was married though she was living at parent’s North Kingstown home and did not meet Tsranaev until some two years later.

Actually not surprised. I thought the first released photo of her showed someone worried, not someone mourning. I blew that thought off as she was scared of the media.

Is that because you are aware that :

The number of homeless students in America topped one million for the first time last year as a result of the economic recession, a number that has risen 57 percent since 2007.

This number is only STUDENTS.

http://rt.com/usa/homeless-number-children-percent-253/

My opinion is not based on homeless students or the economic recession.
The two suspects were not homeless and they appeared to have enough money to buy pot and spend $400 in one day on fireworks.

The reason I said I wasn't surprised is because it appears that the suspects and their circles do not appear to be the most law abiding persons.

http://usnews.nbcnews.com/_news/201...others-were-headed-for-new-york-to-party?lite

The surviving suspect in the Boston Marathon bombings has told investigators that he and his brother were headed for New York to party after the attack, the New York police commissioner said Wednesday.

A man authorities say was carjacked by the brothers has told investigators that he heard one of the brothers say “Manhattan,” Commissioner Ray Kelly told reporters. But he said investigators don’t believe the brothers were headed to New York to “continue what they were doing.”

The surviving brother, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, has told investigators that the pair acted alone, were inspired by an al Qaeda propaganda magazine, and plotted the bombing to defend Islam after the U.S.-led wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, federal law enforcement officials told NBC News.

.

So going with a car load full of weapons and bombs is how young people nowadays party? In my days we used bring a bottle of booze.

Being a teenager is all about "hot". That is how the species learns to be intimate with one another. Its a natural process. IMO, nothing disturbing about teens being teens!

Huh? Is it natural to "learn to be intimate" with a terrorist?

It is disturbing when they are talking about how "hot" a terrorist bombing suspect is. One who is accused of killing four people and injuring hundreds more.

The Natl Enq says KT did it to prove herself to TT.

She didn't know him yet did she?

Records show Katherine was charged with misdemeanor shoplifting, but the case was dismissed after she paid a $200 fine and completed community service.

“Katherine didn’t need to shoplift those items,” the source told The ENQUIRER. “It appears Tamerlan recruited her to do it as a test of her loyalty to him.”

Common sense would tell a person that has common sense that being cremated and shipped off to the parents would be the logical thing to do. They can put his ashes in a pressure cooker.

omg hilarious. lol. thanks!

prove herself as a criminal?

I don't think she even knew him yet.

But, if you are a criminal, guess you need your GF to be one too, so no one rats on the other.

Be sure to watch Dateline tonight.

The show will be mostly about WHY it happened, then some HOW..... I think it's gonna be real interesting.

I have read all NTSB final reports on aviation accidents some on industrial, marine, rail. Let’s say I am a NTSB fan and move on!

They are an amazing organization. You get second to second knowledge of what was going on. The NTSB investigates industrial disasters. That is there mandate by law.

From the instant that story broke I thought terrorism. Goodness, Waco in that week, McVeigh in that week (fertilizer bomb). Boston that week.

This bothers me so. IMO, they knew it was terrorist related from the onset. They keep maintaining that it was an accident. To have media keep saying this is not terrorist related and have ATF leading the investigation is so , historically not the way it has been handled.

In Lockerbie, and TWA 800 the NTSB arrives, THEN after their prelim if the NTSB/FBI has concerns as it relates to criminal or terrorist activity NTSB THEN turns those cases over to the FBI/ATF- not the other way around as in this instance.

In addition, to be this far out and we are not even getting little tid bids of hunches maybe this caused it maybe this is atypical. NTSB is very careful in the initial weeks about speculating – HOWEVER stuff starts swirling about as it relates to hypothesis. NOT HERE. (Typically takes about 2 years for major aviation disasters).

To date I have not even heard a hypothesis. A notion. A qualified theory or explanation. Nothing.

In addition guys, When NTSB turn it over when they suspect criminal or terrorist activities the NTSB drops back to number 2. They have a body of expertise that is amazing.
In both Lockerbie and 800 the only thing that changed was hierarchy. NTSB goes to second in control - criminal or terrorist has never translated to NO NTSB involvement. Only the bosses change and then the two agencies work TOGETHER.

As far as I know the NTSB has not been there, nor been asked to assist. At the ONSET of a disaster NTSB mobilizes Go Teams. It is an accident first; NTSB gets on scene in hours. . Never happened here.

Moreover, if it was just a flat out explosion that might lead to industrial disaster sure - – but a “fire” burning for some time prior to big bang! Leads me more to arson (terrorism –Waco/Fertilizer) IMO.

By that I mean a small fire set IMO so as not to be seen and put out before it ignited the main tanks.

Also, the city is 20 miles from Waco. In the middle of the worst terrorist attack on our soil, in a town 20 miles from Waco, in the same week the abovementioned happened.

IMO they are waiting for news cycle to calm down before “mentioning “terrorism. Then they IMO will wait longer and move more toward terrorism. Then after more time state definitively terrorism. BY then half a year has gone by.

A lot of unpractical protocol stuff (IMO) going on here

Something is rotten in Denmark!

And we all know the got does not ever do anything like that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!………………
hummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

interesting. the timing was very coincidental. I wonder what will come out. Do you think they didn't call it terrorism b/c people would have freaked out? 2 events in succession?

It doesn't really matter what the shoplifting STORY says, the documents are there, that's all that matters. It happened June of 2007. Long before she met Tamerlan.

Well she is OBVIOUSLY trying to align her self with ultra conservative Muslims for some reason.

Based on that video. She "appears" not to be wearing makeup but it is obvious she is, she filled in her eyebrows for gosh sakes! Many conservative Muslims do not believe in plucking their eyebrows (or wearing makeup) so she used makeup to look the part.

Besides regarding the martyrdom, even if folks think her boys were innocent and "framed" I think they would still be martyrs as they were "killed by the infidel enemy out to persecute Muslims".

These are your interpretation of what ever it is you are considering conservative Muslims, but it must be pointed out that you are really over generalizing. And I don't want people to have false ideas about what Muslims are like. Because of over a billion people who share a religion they do not all share the same culture.

Please state the things your are saying as your opinion...or back them up as fact with references. I ask you this respectfully, because I do not want MORE false information and ideas about Islam being portrayed, especially here. I lived in a Muslim country for over a year, with a Muslim family, and I was raised catholic. Please let's spread truth not inaccurate generalizations. Thank you.

Please can we leave the fertilizer story in the fertilizer thread? It has nothing to do with the Boston Bomb story.
