And I have as much right as you to post an opinion. And as much right not to be hated for it. Echols is a seriously disturbed individual.

Whatever your opinion, I'm sure you can manage to refer to those who don't share it without being derogatory.

I never though the word fan was derogatory. That IS my opinion.

It is derogatory to refer to people who regard any particular case as a miscarriage of justice as if they were merely fans of the defendant. And IMO it is always intended to be derogatory by those who do it.

Did it ever occur to you that I wasn't referring to you or anyone else on this board?

I'm sure she is no angel either.
I don’t remember where I heard that, but it was one of her friends they said she can dish it out to. And with the southern draw, they set it in. I know they were talking about that. Did you know the punishment?

but he definitely deserves all the scrutiny he is getting. (Should have gotten sooner)
Can't be serious. If you are, there couldn't be a clearer example of why there can never be any common ground between the 2 sides. Saying the hair is not evidence at all is absurd.
it’s evidence any two bit Lawyer could have tossed out of the as secondary transference not to mention the hair doesn’t contain the root so it’s not a perfect match.

So that would never see the light of day in any courtroom unless prosecutors they had way more circumstantial evidence they could tack onto that. Another problem is it’s hair and all three boys was in the house the day of the murder. Now if it was blood or semen, it would be harder to explain.

I am lost. I must have missed where, when or how he featured in the case. I just thought he was a person with a programme slot on an internet radio station and an interest in true crime. Is he actually a resident of Arkansas and how was he involved in the case? Or did he used to live in Arkansas once? Who did he work for and what did he have to do when he was connected to the case?
He was there at the very beginning. Like when paradise lost broke or before. He knew some of the big figures involved in the finances the KGB people and had talked with them and others. I could be wrong about this, but I think he even offered his services to them at once. I’m not sure about that part though and I could be wrong about that so I apologize if I am.

I haven’t watched him in a awhile. I did watch the episode, he did with Dale Griffith just because I always thought that guy got a bum wrap and as far as I know, nobody ever interviewed him before.

I wish Ed or someone else would interview the Dr who did the original autopsies on the case. I found it interesting when I found out that that Dr. who did the autopsies raised turtles for 13 years, including snapping turtles. It would be interesting hearing his take on that theory that came out.
