The Anthony family continues to amaze/bewilder/frustrate/anger me with their actions. I actually cried tears for these people in the beginning for what they must have been going through...now I am nothing short of mortified at their behavior. It is one thing to think you are being treated unfairly by the press and LE and quite another to act the way they are. I can't believe what I am about to write....perhaps that precious angel would be better left where she is than be found and returned to these people. God only knows what would happen. Honestly, I have not heard from any other family members, relatives, friends of the family, etc. that seems to even care if a body is ever recovered. Why is it that we, the people who never even met Caylee, are showing more passion, more interest and devoting more time and energy to finding Caylee than the people related to her who knew her in everyday life? If Caylee was my niece, cousin, grandbaby, daughter, etc. I would be out searching every single day, without fail, regardless of the water levels, or even my own unfounded belief that she may be alive. At first I though CA and GA were just in denial mode out of shock and disbelief of what had transpired in their family....possibly a bit reluctant to accept what most everyone else believed occured because of their guilt in enabling their daughter for so long and in part helping to create the monster she had become...and now I see exactly why KC became the person she is. God help them all! (sorry if I am OT...my emotions got the best of me!)

So TES found a DRESS size 6 and it was near the Airport Any thoughts on this?

Monkey Mom, I think TM would really appreciate your pic of him. He's truly a wonderful man and surely a "superman" in many people's hearts.

TM says on NG just days ago he will find her for sure. TM says just days later that he is considering pulling out. TM says he is resuming search on Wed. TM says on the same day he is pulling out. TM says on the same day he'll return in Nov.

WTH?? WHICH is it?

I cant take this anymore, there are so many conflicting stories, constant changing of mind, getting hopes up, shattering hopes, back and forth, my heart cant take it. I do NOT understand so many different outlooks in a matter of days. Why, if they arent sure, cant they just not report anything to the media, then when they know exactly what they are going to do and know they are sticking with it one way or the other, THEN let the public know? I think I need to stay away from these search update threads and just pray for her to be found by ANYone and soon, let go and let God, because it is crushing to constantly get your hopes up and then torn down.

Cindy is being very obvious about this. It isn't that the family cannot afford his services, he doesn't charge them anything.

It isn't that TM is some crackpot, someone who might trample evidence or make up a find, because TM has an established history, he works with LE, he is trained to preserve a crime scene, and cooperates with LE procedures.

And so sorry, I don't believe that it is because CA thinks that Caylee is alive, if she was alive, then what harm would come of TM searching? The worst that would happen is that he wouldn't find anything.

So it is becoming quite obvious why CA doesn't want him out there searching. Even to those who have tried to defend her.

I think TES is back in fla for more than searching....what about the possibilty that TM has been subpeoned for the GJ? To testify re: something found that dovetails with unreleased evidence that LE has?

It's 11:00 pm here now. The last I heard from 2 sources, Tim will be back.

There is the matter of the dress that he was upset about... also upset about issues surrounding this case (IMHO: CA).

The leak about the dress did not come from TES, and according to Tim, not a valid piece of evidence anyway. And concerns about how the dress ended up at the airport in the first place.

I believe Tim to be a man of his word. I also think that the search will be better done with the land and vegetation dryer, as well.

I also believe they know exactly where she is. We have more than 4 stand-up guys at the forefront of this who want it as bad as we do.

(And for those who believe: We've been praying for his return. Remember, God's time is not the same as our time.)

It's well worth waiting another 2 - 4 weeks for. One thing that I keep forgetting and then remembering again, is this: If I'm listening to the tv, and an announcer breaks in with an announcement of breaking news in Orlando in a week or two or three, my heart is going to skip a beat, I'll hold my breath to listen, and I can already hear the words in my mind, that "today, searchers in Orlando, Florida"..... and it's going to hurt.
And I'm going to cry really hard.

We all want to have little Caylee honored with a proper burial. But ultimately, we will not be the ones who will get to lovingly make those arrangements.
WE are the ones who want her found. Us and LE, LES, LP.
But remember. If we are right in our assumptions.... she is already with our Heavenly Father. (For those of us who believe.)

I seen the pic of Caylee wearing the Disney dress and theres no way its a size 6, she was only 6 months to a year old at the most in the pic.

Is it possiblw that Tim used possibly resuming the search for Caylee as an excuse as to why he would be in Florida this week when in fact he is here to testify for the GJ - that way no one would question his presence in Orlando this week.

I cannot imagine how frustrating it must be for Tim, having searched so hard for his own daughter years ago, to he ready and willing to move heaven and earth in a search for Caylee only to be met by such fierce resistance from her own grandparents and mom. I can see why he would want to pull out but I have a feeling that his heart will not allow him to stay away for too long - if there is a stone left unturned Tim will find it and will search until every possible answer is found.

I believe that the red dress is a red herring. That said, is it possible that both TM and LP came to Orlando because of it? That maybe they thought that there was more to the find? That would explain a little of bit of what they said last week on NG...Maybe they were led to believe that it really was evidence?

I am fairly new to the board so please forgive me if this doesn't belong here.
There have been so many developments lately it has been hard to keep up. But I have some questions that I was hoping one of you could answer.
can someone please clarify for me is TES ACTIVELY looking at this point??
I thought they were to start searching on Wed 10/15 and yesterday Tim said in 2-3 weeks time they would start looking ?!?! (he said this yesterday on Nancy Grace)
Yet on todays show he said they need to find her body.
Also did TES in fact find the Disney dress on Monday??? or was that on their last search??
