This case has certainly brought out the ugliness in human beings.
TES doesn't owe anyone anything! They come as a favor....for the A's to treat Tim with anything other than the utmost respect is horrid.

I get soooo angry when I read this stuff I just have to walk away. This baby has been gone for sooooo long & the A's refuse to even give a article of clothes to help make this easy!!! WTH are they thinking? If GA was any kind of a person he himself would tell CA /LA & KC to take a hike / go get a article of clothes & give them. Nobody would ever be able to stop me from trying to get help if it were my Grandbaby...

I feel so sorry for TM. I can't imagine traveling all of that way and then have the Anthonys refuse to give him an article of Caylee's clothing. Why? It makes zero sense. It just proves that they already know Caylee is dead, because an article of clothing could help find a dead or a live Caylee.

Can they hold this GJ over to finish this case? Maybe Tim isn't searcing tomorrow b/c he has to be at the GJ. I am so happy we hear he will keep on searching. The Anthony's may not appreciate him but we all sure do. In my book Tim has a first class ticket to HEAVEN. We know who he WON'T be sittin next to.

They want to wait till after GJ to search for Caylee. It's about the Caylee search. End of video mentions in passing that TM is also to search for Jennifer but reporter says she'll have more on that later.

With the confusion about whether Tim was going to search or go home, it makes me wonder.

What if Caylee's body is in the Anthony back yard? Buried deep in some sort of storage tub, surrounded by chamouflaging chemicals? LE knows it's there, but because the dogs didn't give it more than a minor alert they can't get a search warrant, and the A's won't give permission for Tim to dig it up.

Since today is Columbus Day, the courts in my city are closed. Could that be why is Judge Strickland isn't making a decision today?

I just saw on local6.com that the judge ruled on the other motions today and granted access to the car, polygraphs, cell records, computer searches and cadavar dogs!

Those rulings were handed down from the bench on friday.

ITA, and am thanking God too! Was a wreck this a.m. The rollercoaster finally got to me...first time since mid-July when this case started.

I am going to donate right now to TES, had planned to anyway even when heartbroken. But feel much better now, and hope the Jennifer K case gets resolved too for that dear family.

I for one will be there searching soon as all the details are made public. I am driving over............. earlier I sent a plea to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers players begging for money to be donated for this search. Not only this search, but for continued and future searches. I told them how much I donated (which was measely has a whole) but all I could afford and begged for them to be generous. I do not know if it will help, but I feel these players and their families could help immensely with a small donation individually. Most of these players have families................. and do have hearts and I am sure this has pulled their heartstrings as well................
