Tim has stated that they would not give up on Caylee. Now, unless he has already found something, being a man of his word, I do not believe that he would simply walk away after he said that he would not. I wont believe it. He has found something if he leaves or he would not leave.

I am hoping to hear something definative tomarrow at some point. Hoping.
If not then perhaps after a few days of the GJ sessions. I kinda thing the GJ will take more than 1 or 2 days. I hear they end their seats on Wed. I think it was NG show, but dont have the link about when they dispurse and bring in a new group of Gj's.

ORLANDO, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) -- Texas Equusearch, a non-profit group that is helping to organize searches for missing 3-year-old Orlando toddler Caylee Anthony, may be pulling out of Orlando for good.

"We gotta think about what's good for Equusearch in these tough economic times, because people who donate money may not donate again if all our money goes to one person when there are more (missing persons) out there," Equusearch founder Tim Miller told FOX 35 reporter Tracy Jacim in an exclusive interview on Sunday.

The fact that Miller says Equusearch has already spent $44,000 on the search for Caylee, only having recouped $5,000 from the Orange County Sheriff's Office and another $7,000 from private donations, and the fact that the Anthonys are not cooperating, is forcing Miller to reconsider continuing the search.

Well for what its worth, the weather channels 10 day forecast...I am happy it will be BRIGHT and clear there for the courtcams!

I am puzzled too after what LP and Tim stated on NG....saying they were expecting over 2,000 volunteers.

I am leaning towards they found something last time and its been tested and this is GJ evidence.

If LE or any judge believes the family surrounding KC is complicit or aiding her in a cover up then they LE, would not release that info to the family

I can see TM and LP being there under the guise of another search...but I do remember Tim flew in and out of Aruba alot too...he tried to be everywhere for all the missing...angels do walk on this earth.

Whatever the case maybe...I know it BAD to ever wish time away...but OMG, lets get on with Tuesday!!!! :woohoo:

I just find it so odd that he flew to Orlando knowing how much he's already spent and knowing how much he could spend on the search. It doesn't make sense that it's because of money, it just doesn't. He had a 5 hour meeting with Nejame and then met with the Anthony's--what happened in those meetings?

Before he left for Orlando when he was on NG he looked upbeat about finding Caylee and he was excited to resume searching. Then after his arrival when on NG his tune changed, I got a weird feeling too. I'm confused, I feel something else happened but I don't know exactly what. Why would he waste a flight to Orlando just to pull out so soon?

I don't know. I have so many questions as does everyone else. My heart is broken that Caylee's own family does not want her found. How can ANY of them sleep at night? How? I'm sick of them all!!!!

Its frustrating isn't it...in my best possible scenario, it's Tim and LP working with LE to make the next few days go smoothly...I can dream right? . LE has been playing all of this very very close...and carefully...all along.

I know they would never put searchers in harms way for a ruse...but OMG I hope my hunch is right!

I think we are all going to wish poor Old Monday away!

I don't think GA and CA are in denial anymore. I think they know that Casey killed Caylee. They don't want her found because then they will lose Casey, too. Personally, I would consider losing Casey a blessing!

I spoke with Tim Miller last night and he informed me that he is still not sure if now is the right time to resume the search. After exploring some of the search areas this weekend he found that there is still a lot of standing water, which could obstruct searchers from clearing those areas. In addition, the Orlando area has received a lot of rain in the last several days, further adding to the problem. Tim said that he is going to take all of this into consideration when making his final decision.

If Tim decides to continue the search, it will most likely resume after the hearing on Tuesday. The Orange County Sheriff's Office is busy preparing for Tuesday's hearing and will be unavailable to help EquuSearch until after that session has adjourned. *snip*

I was hysterical when I read that Tim may be leaving.
In a moment of desperation, I called LP.
He had no idea that Tim was considering leaving. I read him the article, he told me he will call Tim in the AM.
He ASSURED me, though, that LE has everything they need for JG.
Hopes this puts some minds to rest.

Next week, Texas EquuSearch will be in North Carolina, participating in searches for Kelly Morris, missing since 9/3/08 in Stem, NC and Jamie Fraley, missing since 4/8/08 in Gastonia, NC. Texas EquuSearch has been in contact with both families recently and is anxious to arrive in North Carolina to start their searches. We hope that we will be able to help the families locate their loved ones and bring some peace back into their lives.
Please continue to pray for all the families involved.

I'm not far from Gastonia, so I may try to head over there.

I wont think its in a badway eastside. Im thinking all night about this, I left here last night and couldnt go to sleep for hours! I keep thinking, TM has TES folks here who were assisting other small scale searches. Theres been plenty of small searches that called a TES team member to come look at this & that. They have communication with TM. ANd at any rate, last time before I got on a plane to leave for Florida, I checked the forcast first to see what the up coming weather was going to be like. Plus there have been other bloggers that are local saying the rain basically stopped on Saturday and was clearing. As far as I'm concerned, theres already a TES support thread and a donation thread. ANd in the heart there is no assuming on my part that anything mallace is occuring by him making this decision. I donated money thru PayPal, money I didnt have, using a credit card to give a fair donation. ANd my donation was not exclusively for this search, it was in general after IKE hit Galveston TX. I believe in this Organization & I beleive in this man because he is so soft spoken & gentle. That said, I'm not buying this thing that TM himself has to look at those areas by this morning and determine whether they are accessable or not, he had people in the area all along to call him and tell him how things are looking. Also I know theres other threads and a thread about if you think they found her (lets not leave out a thread about LA dna etc. ew!) this thread is about..."TES is here"... and they are not here for the reasons we thought were intended. IMHO

From what I heard on the news this morning, he said that there are other families out there who need his help and that are WILLING to help him look. He's out of money, and his donators want him looking for everyone, NOT just Caylee when her own family doesnt want her found?!?!?!

It's really sad. Caylee needs to be found, not only to put the nail in KC's coffin but to lay this baby to rest. She deserves better than she's getting from her family.

I heard the weather has been the pits.

I live in St. Augustine FL and went to Orlando for a soccer tournament. We have been there several times over the years and this is the most wet I have ever seen the area. I could not imagine how much different it could have been from where I live b/c I am only about 1.5 hours away but it was totally soaked. I completely understand now. I have to honestly say when they left the first time I was suspicious but now I totally believe it. There was one area we used to park in on the fields for the last 2 years. This year it is under about 2 ft of water.
