The trouble with all this is that hundreds of theories are equally believable.

And in a million years, I will NEVER understand why a person like Casey deserves the privilege of buying goodies to make her life enjoyable in jail.

Give animals like that the basic necessities of life & that's it.

A part of me wishes they'd push her out the back door of that jail & not bother to check on her for a couple of hours. Save the taxpayer from an expensive trial.

It seems that would take a lot of strength to lift a 35 lb. body out of the bottom of the pool with a shovel. Just getting leaves off the bottom in the deep end with a skimmer net isn't easy sometimes. MOO

Yes and wouldn't the pool have been filled with body decomp floating in the water if she put her in there.....I think she wanted the shovel to break open the shed's lock.....

No not in the pool for 2 days, she took her out right away with the shovel. She died from KC's sedative but LP didn't say how long she had been in the trunk before KC put her in the pool...

Unless there's a missing piece of luggage in the A's house or a purchase made that can't be accounted for, I think it's more like a heavy trash bag or maybe a canvas duffel bag or a gym bag. But I do think the location is entirely possible. MOO

HOW on Earth could this possibly have been KCs fault?? Do you even read what you wrote before you post? KC is sitting in JAIL, or did you forget.

The search has been called off because there is no possible way they are going to find an ALIVE Caylee where they are searching, and someone has finally come to their senses and realized it.

Caylee is dead, no one on the face of the planet will ever find an ALIVE Caylee no matter where they search.

KC is the reason why anyone needs to be searching for Caylee in the first place, if she hadn't murdered her daughter she wouldn't be in jail and no one would be scouring the woods looking for little Caylee's body...so in the end it's all really KC's fault. IMO

I don't think he said Caylee was in the pool for 2 days. I think he said, she'd been dead for 2 days when Casey was going to perhaps try and stage an accidental drowning. When she put Caylee in the pool, she immediately sunk to the bottom. From here, LP theorized that she borrowed the shovel to help get Caylee from the pool, and it was at this time that Caylee's body was put on the ground in the backyard, which is what the cadaver dogs hit on.

I'd probably be more inclinded to believe that from here Casey may have needed the shovel to try and bury her in the backyard, but realized it was more difficult than she'd imagined.

From here, he thinks she put her in the trunk till a later time when she dumped her in the river.

This was my opinion of what he was trying to say anyway.

Yes..LP stated the beads of the cross found in the park hanging on the tree are an "exact" match to the beads that Bounty Hunter Bond Lady found at the Anthony home while she was watching over Casey.

And I'll bet you could find those same beads down at the Ben Franklin, JoAnn's or any other craft store. For thousands of beaders to use.

My B.S. meter keeps going off today.

If the bag broke and left a stain when Casey was supposedly getting Caylee out of the trunk 10 days later, the tests would have shown 10 days of decomp, not 2.6.

I totally agree that Casey put Caylee in a dumpster and she is in some trash dump site with tons of garbage on top of her. I think, at the most, Casey wrapped her up in something and put her in garbage bags and tossed her in a dumpster. She was probably rotting in the trunk when Casey backed her car into her parents garage. She had to find some stuff to bundle her up better for disposal. She just needed to hide the trunk area of the car, so she backed in to work on that. I don't think Caylee was in the backyard, but the dogs hit on something Casey may have placed there that was in contact with the body. I would have been shocked if TES would have found anything of Caylee in the woods- that's just not Casey's style. Nevertheless, I did donate to TES, they are a great organization. I guess it is just too hard to determine are find Caylee in a dump site now. I was talking to some lawyers and they said when all is said and done, Casey will probably serve about 9 years total. Sad.

I agree with the dumpter theory. KC is too lazy for anything else. She tried to stage it at first (backyard), but in the end tossed Caylee into a dumpster.

My biggest reasoning: Remember how KC gets so arrogant and cocky when she states something to LE that happens to be factually true? Remember how even though she lied about being employed at Universal she still became very confident when she told LE that she still had her ID/Pass? Because supposedly she still does have one? Despite the fact that pass is no longer valid, KC was so cocky saying 'oh yes' she DOES still have one. (?)

Well, that is what I think of every time I hear KC state as a confident fact that she absolutely doesn't "know where Caylee is". I think KC was getting cocky on the point that - "I know where I left her, but she's not there anymore so, no. I don't know where she is". Since KC can't pin point where a garbage truck might have taken Caylee, she convinces herself she's telling the truth and LE is stupid.

I agree. I have a pool too, and to even vacuum at times it's a bit difficult to move the hose thru the water. I don't think you could get a child out with a shovel alone. That doesn't mean however, that Casey didn't attempt it.

What time of day/night did LP think she brought Caylee there? I heard him saying that Casey's phone was off but wasn't sure of the time. If it was evening, maybe things aren't quite as busy?

I don't believe this theory at all. It is possible that she intentionally drowned Caylee in the pool though, but not to place her already dead body in it (unless she had just died), or allow it to sink to the bottom. I agree about the shovel.

Well, we need to remember that this is the county jail, not a state prison. Not everyone who is in jail has committed the act of murder.

I agree, I don't like it, but I can at least understand it.
