Tes search for caylee is over

Wow, I read Friday's very good description of a search area and was expecting an alligator to jump out. I had no idea that Florida has rattlesnakes. Searching can be very dangerous there, and it would be just as dangerous to haul in a bag with a body. I just can't see Casey going very deep into an infested dangerous area and endangering herself.

Friday - WELCOME TO FLORIDA!!:eek::crosseyed:

You did a great job with your description! I too have been trying to communicate how extreme these conditions were/are for searchers! So many people didn't expect the dense brush, brambles, sticker burrs, and yep wildlife!

Some squeamish people in our group were "repositioned" by our team leader to the outskirts of the woods to look and to more open areas. They still were diligent and saw things and were runners and helpers. Everyone was essential!

Thank you for your help too!!

Another thing I ran into which was unexpected was the "slope" of some of the areas going down to the water. Being from a mountainous region, it was fairly easy to navigate for Casper and I, but I was not expecting the almost 90 degree drops at times in Florida. I was assuming when they cut out those lakes they made them gently sloping. (my mistake)

I was not concerned about the heavy underbrush, but those darn yuccas ?? someone told me that was what they were (with the sharp points) got me a number of times before I learned to identify them. Casper was smarter than me, he stayed away from them. LOL

Respectfully snipped...

Yes, I'm having problems with the A's following up these leads.

Should they even be following up tips themselves? Did they take an LE with them? Did they notify any LE/FBI? I'm assuming, tho, they took their PI with them, at the very least? My, this is spooky if they did none of those things. If they didn't, LE should put a stop to this behaviour immediately. I wish I know the entire story of their trip to Gainesville....

LE/FBI should be investigating any and all tips, not the A's, imho.

I do not believe any of these are viable tips. If the Anthonys really thought they were they would have LE immediately investigate.(before she could be moved again like they claim all the time)

In my opinion they are running wild goose chases to get attention. Gainesville is not but an hour away from where they live.

This to me is just more SMOKE & MIRRORS.

Y'know what--As I read your last paragraph, it dawned on me why it's so difficult to convince others of the extreme challenges involved in searching the woods down there. Most people regard walking in the "woods" as a rather pleasant endeavor, one that is perfectly safe especially when you're with lots of other people.

The problem is that Orlando's woods are closer to a tropical jungle, IMO. What do you think?

casey is Lazy
no need to go into the details but man oh man she is lazy

to the maximum degree, she was so lazy - she kept her dead baby in the trunk of her car, she never worked, she stole money left and right

the question is where does a lazy selfish person dump her baby ?

the answer is

the place that is the easiet - requires the least amount of "real" energy

the quickest dirtiest place that she could find.... in her mind she treated her daugher like trash,, where do you put trash ?

that is where the baby is

a dumpster approximately 1 hour away (50 miles)

enough of a distance where a little extra guess can bring you and back

she could only afford to be away from all her men for a couple hours...GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRr

1. in a trash bag
2. then in a duffle bag or suitcase or large plastic tote
3. drove 1 hour away from her house - put in a outside large trash dumpster
at a restaurant, school, college, apartment complex,
4. in the middle of day
5 and she got really lucky :furious:

Wasn't there a ping around that back parking lot at IFC? The college? I wonder if there was a dumpster around there.

i will go see if i can find it -- be back in a few minutes, or maybe hours depending on how quick i can find the PING.

she is not the brightest killer in the world

but she is not the dumbest,, but she sure is lazy

lazy people have certain traits and idiocyncracies

easiest is the best way for them most of the time :)

wouldnt surprise me IF she purposely went to the area they are searching
just to throw the scent off the trail..

figuratively speaking

What a wonderful post, Friday! I enjoyed it very much! Right up until the part where it mentioned Rattlesnakes. LOL Great...now I will be sleeping with one eye open and the rest of me will be trying to sleep fearing the dreams to come. I knew there was a reason I had no desire to visit Florida. ;)

Here is a good example of the woods in the search.....

I 100% agree! That's the first thing I thought that day after an icky, icky encounter with the skeletal remains of a small alligator beside the road made whirl around and sent me sprinting back to the search site.

For the rest of the time we were there, I leaned against our SUV (ready to jerk the door open at the first sign of a new threat) and I arrived at the absolute conclusion that if Caylee's remains were in a heavily wooded area, they'd be no more than ten feet beyond the roadside or cleared area.

the way you write makes it seem like we are there seeing it all through your eyes and our own .. awesome

I may as well sacrifice all my pride and add that I have a terrible, full-blown snake phobia.

I have to agree. That's been my thoughts all along. She may have gone looking for places to dump her, in the woods, in lakes. That explains the cell phone pings. But in the end, she probably took the easy way out and threw Caylee in a dumpster.
