Tes search for caylee is over

You are not alone there!! Toss in crocs and gators now, too!! LOL

Crocs and gators too? You poor baby. I don't like 'em but as long as they can't get to me, I'm not afraid of them, and I can look at them and watch them. I cannot bear the sight of a snake.

Even an Olympic medalist couldn't have competed with me that day in the "Screaming while Running" event that took place next.

I'm sorry but :floorlaugh: !

That was so funny! Not to you but, it was funny!

I'm born and raised here, and I know how it's grown. I'm a city girl and a Holiday Inn camper myself. I know how you must have felt.

The problem is that Orlando's woods are closer to a tropical jungle, IMO. What do you think?
Absolutely!! I loved your descriptive message and will have to admit you had me LMAO! Not an appropriate response, but having grown up down there you were just so right on that it cracked me up :)

And I’ll tell ya what at least those rattlers give you a little bit of warning – it’s the cottonmouths and copperheads that don’t (other than maybe their smell) and they’re very aggressive. When I get nostalgic (which isn’t often esp due to years of memories) I look at this site:
http://www.flmnh.ufl.edu/herpetology/FL-GUIDE/Venomsnk.htm

Add the assorted and quite large spiders, fire ants, gators, and mosquitos the size of birds, bobcats and other wildlife, and it’s pretty safe to say that most woody areas down there – especially those by water – aren’t very friendly places to hang out. And that, combined with the nature of the search, is part of why I totally admire all of you who were out there trying to find little Caylee and Jennifer. You are truly heros!!

I know the families up here in NC truly need Tim and TES to try to find their loved ones, and the time of year is right (the cold has the snakes sleeping and has thinned out the vegetation in the woods). So I respect the fact they’re coming up here to help, but at the same time I’m heartbroken that the search down there is ending for now. I do believe that Caylee will be found – I just wish the timing was right so that it could have happened now…

In times like these it’s inspirational to see people who are willing to take time out of their lives and put aside their fears and comfort to look for those who are missing. Your selfless actions and kind hearts help renew faith in humanity - something that can be strained in light of the horrible things going on around us and the pure evil of people like KC.

So, from the bottom of my heart I thank each and every one of you…

I have to agree. That's been my thoughts all along. She may have gone looking for places to dump her, in the woods, in lakes. That explains the cell phone pings. But in the end, she probably took the easy way out and threw Caylee in a dumpster.

yes,, :)

she is one of the laziest people i have ever seen

why bother go out of her way now ?

her lies are lazy
her thoughts are lazy
her actions are lazy
everything about her is lazy

she would not be trucking around thru the woods carrying a decomposing
body anywhere

1.dropped in a dumpster by herself

OR

2. she had help from someone that took more time to hide the body

some "snakes" are afriad of other snakes and i think that is the case here..:crazy::crazy:

she sure was antsy about wanting to talk to her boyfriend on the phone that day... i not saying he was involved in anything BUT i bet he was told to say something or told to NOT say something that would set off a GIANT RED FLAG to law enforcement

they need to make sure the get him to tell them what he said to her.. that day

I am confused here. I always thought that a body would go to the bottom of the pool immediately after drowning, then after awhile, maybe a couple of days when the body began to decompose and became bloated with gases, then it would float to the surface. Am I wrong?

How EFFING disappointing. I am angry.

I do not believe any of these are viable tips. If the Anthonys really thought they were they would have LE immediately investigate.(before she could be moved again like they claim all the time)

In my opinion they are running wild goose chases to get attention. Gainesville is not but an hour away from where they live.

This to me is just more SMOKE & MIRRORS.

Orlando to Gainesville: 116 mi – about 1 hour 54 mins

I totally disagree. They talked up this search, how large it would be, how they wouldn't give up until they found her, and now they have given up almost as soon as they started??! Talk about putting the public on a roller coaster ride...I'm losing respect for Equusearch.

I agree with you. I donated the first time TES was here and almost as soon as I sent the money, they were gone.

This rollercoaster ride needs to end. Either they are gonna search until they've uncovered EVERY stone. OR they are going to come in for a weekend, and if they find her great, if not they tried.

I also agree with digging up the A's backyard.

Several of you PM'd me and thought it would be helpful if I posted my message in a thread of it's own, and I've just done that--after several failed attempts where the whole site shut down on me.

Now, I'm back to work.

Thanks again for your willingness to understand a new perspective on such a disappointing event.

Yeah, and now she didn't buy two crosses, she bought beads and made a cross.

WHAT????!!!!! Leonard was WRONG????? OMG!!!! But what about the JCP receipt??????

 Now I could use a tongue-in-cheek smilie! Because you know I'm being ohsosarcastic. :blowkiss:

Yeah, why HASN'T LE gone in there and turned over every stone, dug up all the ground cover and the patio pavers?? Especially if the cadaver dogs hit back there. :waitasec: Don't get it.

The reason LE did not dig up the back yard, all the ground cover and the patio pavers is because while the dogs hit back there, it wasn't a 'hey there is a dead body here' alert, it was a 'something was here at one time' alert. When the search was done, it was obvious to LE that nothing had been buried there - very obvious. The dogs never hit on the patio pavers, the dogs never hit on the ground cover. The areas they did hit on were dug up - even though the hits were not strong. I know it is difficult to understand if you have never seen a cadaver dog work, but they do alert differently according to how strong the scent is. If you have ever seen a drug dog work, or even one of the custom dogs that look for illegals plants, etc. at an airport - you will see the same type of behavior. If they think something is there - they alert immediately and obviously, if it is a case of something 'has been there, but not any more' they react differently. I wish I knew of a good website that I could point you all to, so you could see some of these dogs 'in action', but I have not been able to find one - if you can find one, watch it, it may help answer your question as to why the back yard wasn't dug up completely.

Normally yes, unless it is weighted and contained. The body may also become mired in the thick silt that is often at the bottom of fresh water lakes and ponds.

And if it did float, there is no guarantee that anyone was there to see or find it, in which case it would eventually sink again.

It seems that would take a lot of strength to lift a 35 lb. body out of the bottom of the pool with a shovel. Just getting leaves off the bottom in the deep end with a skimmer net isn't easy sometimes. MOO

Not to mention that he has Casey holding on to the body until the twenty-eighth........

I really don't know where this guy gets his ideas from.

What I don't understand about this search is that I thought TES had lots of fancy equipment. radar and sonar and special gizmo's that can find things underground and underwater etc. How come Padilla paid for 2 divers to look in that BP area where the cross is (I bet any money Caylee is in that area somewhere if she wasn't put in a dumpster (where I think she most likely was put). Anyway, why doesn't TES use their boats and sonar in all those lakes? Especially the one Padilla has a concern about and any of them where they were pings. This cross hanging from the tree is very eerie and I think they should search that area and the waters out the ying yang there.

I heard Tim Miller interviewed today. He said he personally had used the equipment to clear that body of water. He sounded like he was very confident nothing was there.

Also, while Tim himself is gone, he has left a team in place to continue the search. There is a reason the Anthony's don't want him searching.

I don't know how many of you saw the man with KidFInders confront the media & everyone else today at the dive area. I did see it via Murt. I have never seen such behavior from someone who is supposed to "represent." All I can say is after watching him, I would never donate a dime to Kid Finders.

no, it would be very difficult. I don't believe casey would have put a two day dead caylee in the pool in an attempt to stage a drowning. The condition of the body after two days would have made it obvious that ploy wouldn't work. I also can't believe she drove around for ten days with caylee's body in a plastic bag and then 'dragged' it to the river. Sorry to be graphic, but ten days in a hot car trunk in florida would basically turn a body into soup.

ita..
