Man who escaped Toronto psychiatric hospital found, say police | The Star
''The force is thanking the public for helping in the search.

Police say Asefa has been held at the hospital since he was found not criminally responsible for two counts of sexual assault in 2011.

It’s not the first time he has vanished from the area: similar incidents were reported in August 2018 and May 2019.

A spate of incidents related to escaped patients sparked a review last year at a prominent Toronto psychiatric hospital.

The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health said it would implement all the recommendations laid out in the review report.''
