San Antonio Police officer tests positive for coronavirus, police confirm
I read in another article ( I can’t find it now) that this officer had traveled to pick up a relative who had tested positive. He was showing symptoms, continued to work, fellow officers reported it and that he had stopped 30 people for traffic violations. SAPD was denying this in the article. I really hope this isn’t true but I have a feeling it is. I need to find that first news report.

Whoopsie. Tweet sent out by JusCollege just 11 days before this trip, emphasizing how safe it is to travel to Mexico.


Don’t travel, people! Out of 70 students who went on that trip at least 28 have tested positive and others are under investigation. Some of those spring breakers returned on a charter flight, but some returned on commercial flights.

I’m considered essential (Asphalt Chemist) and going to work every day in the lab with 4 other people. We are trying to stay healthy so we can continue working.

Why didn’t they come back on the chartered plane?

Spring Break UT Austin was March 16-20.
They had already announced going online on March 11th due to COVID-19.

My cousin yanked the plug on his sons spring break trip since it was his credit card that paid for it. Called and cancelled with only 50% refund. His son was not happy. His dad said you can go if you pay for it but you can’t come live here when you get back.

Our daughters senior year at OU!! March 16-20 ... BIG spring break trip, to LosAngeles of all place!! We absolutely did not want them to go but didn't want to get ugly about it!! Thank goodness they made the call themselves.

Thank you..I am glad your test all came back normal for the mammogram that is awesome! I wont lie i am a nervous wreck about all this because with copd breathing,struggling for air,coughing is the every day norm,my daughter in law is a rn and she and i both are worried that i wont recognize the symptoms if i get the virus and with my colon issues and colostomy my stomach is always out of wack so that symptom doesn't help either. Just have to put my faith in god and plead the blood over myself every time i go to work.

TYLER, Texas (KETK) – Smith County has added five new cases of coronavirus, according to a release from local health officials. This brings the county to 42 total.
There have been four deaths in East Texas from the coronavirus, the first being in Smith County. Three of the victims had underlying medical issues and ranged in age from 47 to 91.
