Where were the parents here? I get that college students are technically adults, but most of them are still dependent on their parents, and I just CANNOT imagine any scenario on March 16 that would have made me allow my kid to travel to Mexico. This was well into this worldwide catastrophe and I am embarrassed that so many Texas parents allowed this. How many other vulnerable people did these 44 kids infect? Ugh.
