Thank you ~ GER ~ !!!

Ger, thank you so much for all your hard work and effort in helping us to visualise the area in which this tragedy took place. The photos you have taken are a credit, both to your skill as a photographer and your ability to tell a story, to someone half a world away, through images alone.

Seen through your eyes, Satsuma looks like a paradise. It's very hard to know that this very sad event took place in such a beautiful part of the world.

Thank you for your endless dedication to this case and helping us see Haleighs world. Much appreciated:-)

Thanks so much Ger

I'm always impressed by how you manage to bring all the places we have been hearing about, to life.

But I also sometimes go to your pics just to get away from the frustrations of this case (ie, listening to those stupid tapes, hoping to find a smidgen of truth). I then scroll through the pictures and just enjoy the scenery for what it is, and it helps me feel better!

Ger,
Again Thank YOU! And ditto the above sentiment . . .The frustrations of this mess make us a little wacky, but the photos bring it back to reality and the fact that justice for Haleigh is why we're here.

Thank you GER.
Reading and hashing over all of the info of this case, it's good to actually 'see' the places I keep reading about.
I, as many others, appreciate all of the time and effort you spent not only driving & taking the pictures - but downloading them as well.

Praying for complete justice for Haleigh!

Thank you, each and everyone of you that took the time to thank me... ya made me blush!
I just found this thread...I'm so ignorant I get lost on WS...lol

This particular area of Putnam county has always been laid back, peaceful...tranquil like. No one really bothered anyone else and one always felt that peaceful seclusion a blessing... Our community was turned upside down with this case. It will never be completely the same way, ever again...MY life, will not go forward without always thinking of HaLeigh Cummings and the sparkle in her smiling eyes...

There is a lot of beauty in this county...of which I wish I could share more of it with all of you... My thanks are again for the moderators that made me feel so welcome to the WS community...Kimster/grandmaj... and to the owner of this marvelous website, WS...Tricia G., thank you for hosting my photos!

Papa...your dedication and theorizing of this case has greatly influenced my belief in myself that I too can add something useful and become involved in this manner....of taking photos and sharing them...

Many other posters, I read your words see your questions and theories and they always give me more to think about...
Please, if ever, anyone of you wish to see something in particular and it's within my legal boundaries to provide it, I will do so... just PM me if you wish, or email me at [email protected]

Many special hugz to each and every one of you!

Thanks Ger. I appreciate all you have shown us. You deserve the thanks.

I agree with all of the above. Ger brought Haleigh's home to us. She made plain words real, into real places.

GER you are the BEST and are very much appreciated! Your pictures are beautiful and I really like seeing what was HaLeigh's world. :thumb:

Ger, what you've done is outstanding and so helpful to all of us. Perspecitive is very important, and your pictures have brought that to this case. I've been around since before Laci Peterson's murder, which I followed from minute one, and some fellow websleuthers went to the bay and took some pictures while the case was going on. They were good, but not as good as yours. I attempted to get some pictures of the Anthony house while I was in Florida for the search for Caylee and it is not easy to tell a story or a theory with pictures. It was early in the case and I wanted to see how close the neighbors house was to the A's, and how tall the bamboo was in the backyard, so my pictures were primarily focused on that and the media circus outside the home. Yours tell much more about the area, the atmosphere, and make all the events real.

You've gone above and beyond for us and your efforts are really appreciated.

Thank you, so much!

......should there be a shoutout to all the other drivers in Putnam County who may have encountered Ger on her photo travels, and had to wait while she snapped a pic and moved along? :)

You definitely understand the notion of step-by-step, Ger, and it proves invaluable in many instances. Keep safe out there.

Thanks Ger - for all that you do, have done, and most likely will do. The photos help alot with being able to see the area. It is hauntingly beautiful and your pictures depict quite well the difficulties facing searchers, both private and LE. Appreciate your efforts more than I can say.
