Ugh. Horrible thought but he may have used males for photographing sexual acts with the women he was degrading. He could have paid young male prostitutes for participating without a lot of fear of being exposed (pardon the pun).

I seriously doubt this. Alcala was too much of a narcissist to let anyone else have sex with the women besides himself. I think he acted alone in all cases.
