Her name is Marg Helgenberger from CSI. How appropriate. She also played in Fire Down Below with Steven Seagal.

I thought she did a pretty good job- she certainly looked different than she does on her CSI show. Actually, the actors playing the rest of the characters did a good job too. Ann Margaret as Patsy's mother Nedra gave that "Southern Ice Queen" touch. The little girl who played JB was sweet. The director insisted on using a mannequin to portray the "dead JB" because he thought it would be too traumatic for the young actress.
