Tonight on NG it was reported that LE found a hole dug in the backyard and that George had told people he noticed it before. How was this kept quiet for so long? Why didn't George tell LE about this and why did they say they just did regular gardening and that is why the soil was disturbed? Were they covering for Casey or did they really think the hole in the ground wasn't relevant and not worth telling LE about? Or did they just think that telling "mistruths" was ok?

Could this be part of the OJ they are talking about re the gp's?

I hope we can get the exact words used on NG soon....I didn't get it verbatim, but think this is the gist of it.

Yes....I think they were & still are covering for casey....!

I also have a feeling that there are several other interviews of both GA & CA that we havn't heard yet.

IIRC it was lyme,Ga said to kill weeds or something. But it is very dangerous around pets. It was also used in past centuries to kill decomp smell during burials. So this also stinks to high heavens LOL

In the latest doc. dump, this was the one thing that stood out to me like a sore thumb. No one else had mentioned it, so I thought others saw it and it wasn't that impt.. But I guess NG or someone on her show noticed it, and it is a bombshell. That's what I thought when I first read about it. He noticed the dug out area and showed it to the investigators. I'd have to go back and find the exact quotes about it, but I think she was right, it was 5 or 6 inches by 12 inches and a few inches deep. Oh, that's right, she was digging out the bamboo, not digging a grave.

I'm shocked she would even got that far. I can't see her breaking a sweat and doing manul labor. She needed to save her energy for all that pole dancing

I don't think lime stinks at all...but then again, I've only used it in horse stalls to neutralize urine

I just re-watched the video...your eyesight must be a lot better than mine because I didn't see any "substantial depressions"...just some vague pointing?

I keep thinking of the Hibiscus they talked about replanting. Doesn't sound like the same spot tho...does it? I thought the plant was near the house where they were discussing moving the pool box (which had never been moved away from the pool).

If the hibiscus story was true it was weks AFTER caylee went missing that they moved it?

No! I would not be searching under the playhouse or digging around in my backyard for my granddaughter if I thought she was kidnapped and still alive. However, if I felt my child had murdered and buried her...I would ask LE to do it...but I would never take it upon myself to disturb the area which could contain evidence.

Absolutely NOTHING WAS FOUND THERE.

It was NOT one of the 3 places the cadaver dogs hit.
