The Anthony Backyard *REVISITED*

Ah, much ado about nothing. Don't you just love yellow journalism. Get the hook out,.that is their motto.

I still think it is the size of a paver (not the ones shown to be in the A fam yard that we can see). I would say if we measured the pavers found at the dump site...you could fit one of those perfectly in a spot a foot wide and 5 inches deep depending on how long the depression was beside the pool.

What pavers found at remains site?

There were rocks, possibly building debris like breeze blocks, but no pavers?

Do you have a pic?

I think since GA was in "report mode" he might have said to LE, "Oi, somebody has stolen a paver", rather than report a soil disturbance?

Well...I call them pavers, but you may very well call them "breeze blocks". They are white cement and they appear to be about that size. They are cheaper than the ones you see as the patio, used for planters, and walkways in the A fam yard.

Nothing I see in remains scene photos looks remotely like anything in the A's garden. Nothing flat. Bits of rocks and building blocks. Show me a picture please.

This is a view of A's backyard.
As far as I can sleuth, the "soil disturbance" in this photo would be beyond the pool as we see it and to the right.

Note:
1. No pavers missing here and I think it would be obvious if one or more were taken away.

2. There is nothing like these pavers at the remains site.
3. Nothing in this photo looks like the rocks and concrete pieces at the remains site.

You probably will not see them as they would be used for under buildings etc. They are not pretty and very cheap! I am only saying it is the same SIZE and one could have been used beside the pool to level the pool box, for instance. I don't have a photo.

The rectangular white cement objects. Maybe I could look them up later on the Home Depot site. People use these for various things. To build with, to pave with, to make walkways, or to use just about anywhere a brick could be used.

I give up.
I think GA would have reported things moved or missing rather than a soil disturbance if blocks or whatever went missing.

Even if he was afraid it was missing for a reason? He would know that they would see a "soil disturbance" so it would be better to mention that upfront, don't you think?

So you think Bone Idle KC dug up and carried 1 or more concrete blocks as well as a bag containing Caylee?

What good fortune it was that the very place she dumped the body already had a pile of the same blocks?

Or did she get in a front end loader and cart all the building debris to the dump site?

Well...I think he would. ;) The A fam has used this tactic a few times during the course of this investigation.

There was question about the wide of the hole or disturbed soil a page or so back. I'd think if a shovel about 12" wide is pushed into the soil about 5" deep, then it should leave a hole at least 5" wide when it's taken out, maybe a little wider if the shovel is angled to get the dirt dug out. If the dirt is filled back in it would just be disturbed soil. Something was either removed or buried and later removed.

I think perhaps that is a bit overly dramatic. You also make it sound like Casey wasn't aware of that site before dumping Caylee there. I am just giving an explanation of what could have been dug up in the "depression/hole/disturbance" area.

Why imagine stuff with no evidence?

Don't you think LE are smart enough to see if a soil distubance is an indentation left after removing blocks with straight edges?

Not to put too fine a point on it, but I don't believe that there was ever any record or discussion of the area of "disturbed soil" that was mentioned in in the forensics log as being a "depression" or a hole until it was "Breaking News" on a certain national cable network program.

In fact, upon reflection, it seems of note that "disturbed soil" was the term used. If there had been a depression there, much less a hole, I think that is the term they would have chosen. "Disturbed" is much more specific, and much less commonly used as a description.
