The A's now have a security system in place due to "people" wanting to know their every move and what they say.
Conway is not getting paid. He is working for the A's for free.
The A's are not going to make any public statements until they are ready.
The A's have not visited KC because it is on the news the next day, they have no privacy.
They, the A's are not trying to make a profit off of this.
The A's have been portrayed wrongly in all of this.
Conway was retained on Tuesday evening, talked in person with the A's on Thursday and has been trying to get caught up to speed on this case.
The A's are not grieving as of yet as formal ID has not been made.
My opinion of Conway is that he is a good guy with a good heart and doesn't really realize the depths of nastiness of his clients. Maybe he does. IDK. I hope he lasts but oil and water don't mix.

"In the event this is not Caylee, we will immediately continue our search for our beloved grandaughter," George and Cindy Anthony said, according to the statement Conway read. "Please respect our privacy and understand that we will not be making any statement or appearances in the near future. We would ask you to continue your prayers for Caylee and all other missing children."

I wonder if this new attorney really believes that there is someone named Zanny the Nanny? If she really existed someone would have found her by now for pity sake. Does this attorney realize what a liar Casey is?

I don't understand why George and Cindy won't take a poly. If they have nothing to hide why not just do it! If they don't know anything and didn't take part in the murder then why not take it?

I guess that George and Cindy can continue to bury their heads but in the end they will have to face the fact that their worthless daughter murdered their beautiful little granddaughter.

I saw footage this morning of the A's leaving church and Cindy was clutching a teddy bear. Just watched the footage of Lee picking up the items at the makeshift memorial the other day and the bear Cindy was clutching looked very much like the one Lee had picked up out front of his house.

I totally agree. But he's no clown or puppet. He will direct them thru their decisions. Would like to see some cooperation with LE..beyond fingerprints..such as chilling out on the constant denials and ZFG nonsense. Time to come clean. If you can't right now, then fine, but don't send your atty out to the press to delievr statements that they don't even really believe.

I was wondering the same thing as you! :waitasec: I'm going to look at the video & pics from Caylee's bedroom!! At least BC seems to have control with the A's at least for now. They at first listened to MN but it didn't last long.

Take time to read BC home page & bio. After the A's staed they fire MN, went on LK bashing LE (not relizing at the time they might pay for those comments) they better find a criminal attorney that respects law enforcement and prides himself with treating all involved with respect. The A's almost buned a bridge of communication that they quickly found they needed. None of the public needs to hear anything from them but LE does. So new attorney is making nice. I personaaly can't see them making the same mistake twice, but wieder things have happened.

Smokin the kind! is so helpful to those suffering spinalcord issues. It keeps the opiates away for sometime in comtrolling pain. " The Kind" also provides an appetite when patients are dealing with infection, surgeries, blood pressure issues & so on.... I hope the A's appreciate the dedication & integrity of their new attorney.

It is very helpful for chronically ill patients, and especially those with intractable pain and uncontrolled nausea and vomiting. The South isn't terribly supportive of the medical use of Cannabis so I applaud Conway for taking on a very difficult fight.

I agree so far his motives seem sincere. Plus we all have to remember that part of his job is following his clients wishes even when he might not totally agree with their desires. It is also his job to counsel them on the right course of action, but he cannot force them to adhere to his advice.

The A's new lawyer is on CNN Headline news right now & just said the A's still feel that Zanny has something to do with Caylle's disapearence...Not the one though that LE interviewed & is suing KC.

The A's are right about Zanny taking Caylee. It is short for Xanax but anyway this lawyer is starting out the same way MN did . The A's were quiet for about 3 weeks then started not to listen to him and went on to do thing themselves and all those foolish interviews. But this might be different because so far they tentatively ID'd the remains as Caylee and I think it is going to finally hit home for them and it won't be pretty. Plus the way KC is acting in jail I have a feeling this is Caylee and if it turns out not to be her then KC is putting on one great perfermance in the jail.

My bold: I agree that he doesn't realize what he has gotten himself into. I'm not sure how he can sit there and say that they have done nothing wrong, yada yada yada when he hasn't even been counsel for them for a week. Give him some time and hopefully he will see the light. At least he didn't blast LE.

I did listen to MN's latest video today and he all but said that he dropped the A's because they wouldn't abide by what he advised and that he wouldn't go along with Casey's crap. I'm not sure how proper it is for JB and Conway to be meeting. :waitasec:

I have to say, either you think Cindy and George are protecting their daughter and trying to cover something up... or you think they are just hoping and praying that their worst nightmare isn't unfolding before their eyes. Regardless, this new attorney, Brad Conway, seems to REALLY be on the ball and an excellent public speaker on their behalf.

In the 21min press interview he did... I was amazed at the way he was able to portray the Anthony's as having a "realistic picture" of what might have happened, while still maintaining the ability of the Anthony's to say we never doubted or stopped supporting our daughter.

All, I have to say is he's GOOD, REALLY GOOD. And I so want to believe he is doing it for the right reasons. So far, his press releases/interviews have been right on the money. I don't think all the public appearances by Cindy and George have helped them at all... but I think they've also been out there trying to fight the media and opinions with piss and vinegar and balls. And that has hurt them. Hopefully, they now have a spokesperson/attorney who is working for their best interests. So far, he's done a stellar job in my opinion. Yours may Vary

The reason I have a problem with this is that he claims that there will be no more "inconsistencies" when the A's meet with LE. But already he's made it clear that the A's are sticking with the Zanny lie. If I was the States Atty, I would deny immunity based on that alone. Brads made several conficting statements today. I had hopes for Brad, but he's already taking the path that failed for everyone else who gots involved with the A's then got burned.
