The Blue Barrel in the Bedroom? #1

If I remember right there was something similar involving a nightstand in the Jesse Marie Davis murder.
My guess would be that it was broken in the struggle.:angel:

Besides the blue barrel, what happened to Stacy's night stand? Why is it missing?

Stacy was last heard from via texting/cell call around 9-10am Sunday which is not long after Drew P says he awoke briefly and spoke with her (per People article).

Whatever happened must have happened between that time and the time he was home at 2:30 the next am. So 9-10am to 2:30am. That's a lot of time. I'm sure he can account for some of it but there seems to be those pesky inconsistencies in his timeline for that day. I see the Ambien defense in his future.

Maybe like a newpaper delivery person? Our papers are delivered early in the morning. I know the people who deliver them start out around 3 am. and they drive through our subdivision with only parking lights on at times if they need to turn around in a driveway. And I just remembered my garbage truck comes by my house around 6 am.

No, I was thinking more like a friend or aquaintance who didn't visit at the house much. And who hasn't been coming around since Stacy's disappearance. Someone the neighbor wouldn't be likely to recognize.

No you didn't misread. But rumor has it that police have checked the phone records and didn't find that phone call. And it has been the feeling all along that there was no phone call or was a call arranged by Drew P.

One of the many lies Drew has been telling. I think it has been leaked that telephone records show no calls to Drew or from Stacy near the time he said she called.

Ahh, thanks. Actually I wasn't saying I believed she called him at 9pm, only that he claimed she did. He would be pretty stupid to do that though given that he is LE and should know that phone records would be one of the first things checked.

IF IF someone dumped a person head first while alive into a barrel like that they could never get out without help!!! putting the lid on would muffle any screams and IF IF the barrel was in the garage with doors closed they could not be heard from outside nor inside the house either.

Children in bed, etc.

Plus IF IF there were just enough chlorine in the bucket to cover the persons head they would/could drown in there.

DP could have said ANYTHING was in the barrel, and unless someone looked in it to see ?? IF IF IF Chlorine comes in a barrel like that wouldn't it have words on the outside of the barrel to say SO label etc.?

Guys I searched all over the TV schedule last night the 23rd and did not see Greta anywhere ??? I have Direct TV, what channel/network is she on??

Kathleen Savio's death was by drowning - in the tub. It makes sense that DP would use drowning as a method too kill Stacy, as it was successful with Kathleen.

Tim said that they are still active with Stacy's search and they have sent them more sonar equipment. He said he knew approx. three weeks ago the blue barrel was missing from Drew's garage.

Problem is all that proves is that the barrel was transported in DP's SUV, it doesn't prove Stacy was in the barrel unless the find her body in that blue barrel.

I agree that it doesn't prove anything, but I thought there was also a leak (from police sources) that a cadaver dog got a hit on one of the cars.

At first it showed the dogs getting a hit at the garage door, then later it was mentioned the dogs hit on Stacy's car..............then no mention of it again????

It's a confirmed fact that Stacey is missing. Now if, LE knows for a fact that the night stand is missing and they accept the findings of the sniffer dogs alerting in the bedroom....why can't they arrest DP on suspicion of murder? ( or something on those lines?)

Because once under arrest, suspects have the right to a speedy trial and if LE doesn't have all the evidence they need for a trial and conviction they will have to let him go when time is up.

I remember that, and there's been no mention since about the dogs hitting on Stacy's car. I also remember that DP wouldn't allow LE to examine Stacy's car. It was only after they returned with a search warrant (the 1st one) that LE got to check out her car, and both cars were impounded.

I don't get DP buying that much chlorine though, if that's true what Stacy said about the barrel in the garage. First of all, shouldn't the pool have been cleaned up for winter a lot earlier than 2 weeks ago? Secondly, that's too much chlorine anyway for a pool that size!

You know.... if I walked in my garage and saw a large blue barrel
and asked my husband what it was....
if he said "oh it's chlorine for the pool" I probably wouldn't think
any different….I would take his word for it.

It's possible that Drew did tell her it was for the pool when in fact
it was really empty... and Stacy believed him.

One of the articles that I read about the search for the blue barrel said that Drew P bought the barrel with chlorine recently. Obviously Drew P will say that is where the plastic in his vehicle came from.

Okay, think about this one. Drew P. said that he found Stacy's car at Clow airport and we all figured that that was a diversion. Searches and dives did not find a body in the area. Drew P said she went to Jamaica, we all figure that too is a diversion to get LE looking to Jamaica.

Drew P brings home a blue barrel and it is now missing. Bits of plastic are found in his vehicle. A neighbor saw Drew P and unknown man carrying a blue barrel out of the home (if they were carrying a dead body in a barrel, wouldn't you think they would check to see if anyone was outside?) What if this too is a diversion meant to get LE to looking for a blue barrel and in the water?

I keep thinking about the neighbors saying that there was a hit on the car by the cadaver dogs and allegedly Drew P tried to put the car elsewhere during the search warrant. But there are no reports of hits on the SUV and no reports of trying to hide the vehicle. What if the barrel was taken one way in the Denauli, and Stacy's body was taken a different way in the car? For instance what if Drew P took the barrel and disposed of it, and the other man took the body and disposed of it? Or vice versa.

Maybe the reason that Drew P seems so arrogant and confident is that he knows that LE is following a false trail? The reason I am thinking of that is that IMO, the only thing worse than finding no evidence would be to find too much evidence and all of it pointing to different directions.

Also, I wonder if the neighbor who saw the man with DrewP noticed a strange car in the neighborhood? Did he park at the airport and walk to DrewP's house, and when they got back from where ever they did the disposals, the other man parked the car he was driving in the airport lot and picked up his own. DrewP then walked back to the airport and picked it up.

Does this make sense or is it only the ramblings of a tired mind, lol?
