Prince Charles shares heartfelt message post coronavirus self-isolation:

On Tuesday, Clarence House tweeted that Prince Charles had spoken to the British Red Cross chairman on the phone, and was delighted to share some of the remarkable work the charity is carrying out amid the coronavirus pandemic, from supporting hospitals to checking in with vulnerable people.

Clarence House said: "Last week, the Prince of Wales spoke on the phone to the Chairman and Chief Executive of British Red Cross to hear the remarkable work the charity is doing in response to the COVID-19 crisis, both in the UK and overseas."

"The Prince is proud to see how kindness is keeping people together and asked for his thanks and best wishes to be shared with everyone at the British Red Cross, who is responding so brilliantly. HRH has met many volunteers over the years, in his role as president. In the last few weeks, volunteers have been involved with supporting hospitals by helping people get discharged home safely, [and] checking in with vulnerable people and arranging deliveries."

They've been talking to the Queen about this and left before the pandemic hit England. They are not fortune-tellers.
I doubt the Queen knew about LA. They used a commonwealth country for the Queen to breathe easier then bam.... off to LA. Canada rejected them too and they never really thought of all the logistics when they wanted to leave. They automatically assumed they would be protected by govnt funds forever. They have so much to learn re life. Instacart is hiring, so perhaps they can have a quick dig at real life instead of using the Bank of Dad to provide. Hopefully M can re wear her current clothes so they don't need a clothing allowance on Dads dime. So sad the d of cornwell acct is draining.

What The Royal Family Did During The Second World War

During the Blitz, the King and Queen visited bombed areas to see the damage caused by enemy air raids. On these visits, the Queen took a keen interest in what was being done to help people who had lost their homes. After Buckingham Palace was bombed on 13 September 1940, she said she felt she could 'look the East End in the face'.

Princesses Elizabeth and Margaret spent most of the war years at Windsor Castle and, like many other British children, were often apart from their parents. In October 1940, 14-year-old Princess Elizabeth broadcast a message to evacuees on the radio programme Children's Hour, urging them to have courage.

At the age of 19, Princess Elizabeth joined the Auxiliary Territorial Service (ATS). After joining, she trained as a driver and mechanic with the rank of Second Subaltern. Five months later she was promoted to Junior Commander, which was the equivalent of Captain. Her younger sister Princess Margaret was a Girl Guide and later joined the Sea Rangers.

Prince Albert of Monaco has recovered from COVID-19

Prince Albert II has recovered from COVID-19 and will stop isolating and re-join his family. Monaco's royal palace confirmed the news on Tuesday, in a statement that read: "Doctors who have followed Prince Albert II since the start of his COVID-19 infection today allow him to end his quarantine period. The sovereign prince is declared cured and in good health."

It continued: "He will soon join his family and continue to observe the period of confinement while remaining in close contact with his government. His Highness once again reminds the people of Monaco of the importance of scrupulously respecting confinement measures and limiting contact with others. Rigorous compliance with these rules will help stop the spread of coronavirus."

Maybe they think reigning in a global pandemic is more important than financial issues at the moment?

Thats certainly my outlook.

Hopefully they will now have a long and happy life together and the gutter press will stop making up these 'unnamed source' stories and leave them alone.

Wish they would concentrate their venom on those that really deserve it.

Like murders and rapists? You would think.

I have a feeling the decent newspapers will leave them alone while the tabloids keep at it like rabid dogs...
