Wide leg pant is making a come back here in Ont. Canada. Not sure it will stick but I luv them. A bit longer length tho.

Wide leg pants are NOT making a comeback here in the High Sierras.

Too much air flow up the legs in cold days. Don't work well with lug sole snow boots. And makes all short people look like trolls.

This fits the situation much better -- since we would unfortunately expect our DofC to need medical help for her serious morning sickness if indeed #4 was on the way.

Princess Eugenie, though, might be time for she & Jack to take that step! Which would NOT be announced on her sister's wedding day unless her sister asks for that!

I found some photos of Eugenie arriving at Beatrice & Eduardo's engagement party and she is wearing a bulky, figure-concealing coat and her face looks full.

She's not the kind of woman to upstage her sister's engagement party by wearing an outfit that would show an early pregnancy, so I surmise there was a deliberate intent to not show photos of her dress to the public.

We all remember Megan Markle upstaging Princess Eugenie's wedding by showing her pregnancy before an official announcement. I'm sure Eugenie is very sensitive about this issue.

How chubby does Kate look?

For her previous pregnancies, Kate has had to announce them about the 6-week mark due to severe morning sickness, so she's never 'shown' before the announcement.

They've certainly got us all on tenterhooks wondering!

I saw a woman who works in the film industry in California but not a star wearing some wide pants. I wondered if they were coming back. The ones I saw had a slit on each outer leg and were really wide. Cute because they looked more skirt like. Sophie’s do not look cute. Maybe with a jacket instead of the coat?

LOL I don't wear mine to work, every day wear. Mine are dressy so just out to dinner, theatre etc. I wear them with high heeled booties as I am only 5 ft. and your right I don't want to look like a troll I wear UGG's for our cold winters and it would look awful.

Yes, those maroon culottes. Quite attractive. There is a gal on Instagram who dresses like Kate all of the time.

Prince Philip health: Update from hospital as Duke battles worrying illness

The Duke of Edinburgh has spent his second night in hospital after being admitted to the King Edward VII Hospital in London. And he is said to be in high spirits, with reports he has been laughing and joking with the staff taking care of him.

Speaking about the Duke’s health in recent months, one source said: “The Duke has had a bad turn recently and has been looking much frailer of late"

“He's a remarkable man who has always prided himself on how robust he is, but he is six months off his 99th birthday and age takes its toll."

They said: “The Duke had a bad fall and was confined to bed for a couple of days."

“He didn't break anything, but it gave everyone a scare.”

Prince Philip has indeed looked very frail as of late. IMO. I hope he recovers as a fall can really take a toll in the elderly. Even an underlying cause may be present. As was the case with my FIL. Again I noted in pics this year how much he has aged. The Queen herself not so much. Other than her now visible stoop she really has aged well with lovely skin. Given her age. IMO

I wonder if they are in Toronto. I am thinking they are. YEAH!!!! I believe I told this story before but for anyone who missed it, it's a bit of a hoot. I was on a Gal Pal weekend shopping trip in Yorkville. We stayed at one of our gal pals Family business condo downtown. We were cabbing it and were stuck in traffic. I looked down a side street and saw a film crew wrapping up. I said "Oh I wonder if they are filming Suits and MM is nearby" Our cabbie who never said a word prior piped up and said no " They are filming 2 days of a Soap Opera (cant remember the name) and I had Victor in my cab twice" He was sooo thrilled. Then I remembered and stated "Oh I forgot she is across the pond with Harry". The next day we got up and it came across the news the couple were now engaged.

Yes, Kate had on what was once (ancient history) called Gaucho Pants, I believe.

Oh, and then she was working on the Chelsea Flower Show plot in May and was wearing a culotte thing with sneakers. She manages to make that very difficult length look normal and chic. (Thin ankles, I think)

But none of these looks are really like Sophie Wessex's which are truly long and very wide. And end up with a great deal of fabric at the bottom
