I'm on holiday visiting family, one of which likes to see all the Golden Globe Awards movies that are nominated before the winners are announced. She had three options, and so we went to see The Favourite with Emma Stone and is up for Best Picture in the category of comedy and Musical. ( at that time, I just thought it was up for best picture, not within the category of comedy and or musical. Which I didn't think it was either moo)

I only knew it was a movie about Queen Anne. So I thought great, I am following this thread and I will learn more about the history of Queen Anne,
and perhaps learn more about the monarchy .

Oh my dear, I was thinking I was in an x-rated movie tonight!

I thought it was going to be a docu-drama, but it was not. My guess is a lot of other people saw it nominated and they were there, and I saw four people walk out of the movie because it really did go over the line for people that did not expect such in a movie.

I was doing some "math" yesterday to try and figure out when Meghan and Harry's baby is due. My parents were married on May 21, 1949. I was a "honeymoon baby" but was about three weeks early. My birthday is January 27, but Mom told me that I wasn't due until Valentine's Day. Since Meghan and Harry were married on May 19, I think the baby will arrive around the middle of February, perhaps on Valentine's Day

Technically, March 2o is the first day of Spring this year. I have a feeling that the baby will arrive before then.

I was hoping 2019 would bring peace in the Markle family but I don’t think it is possible. It is a great shame Samantha will likely never see the new baby but it is her own fault.

Neither SM or the father will ever be quiet. Even if the Duchess were to contact them, IMO, both would turn the words around and create more drama. The Duchess is better off listening to the Queen.

I don't think it's a tradition. Like every other woman, at 8-9 months you're getting ready for maternity leave or tending to other business that you need to wrap up before your maternity leave.
I can't think of too many women who want to be flying around the world doing work away from your doctors and doula, hosting events, or standing for hours in high heels in and out of the cold during the last month.
That last month is precious time if it's going to be your first born child. A time to enjoy.

Yes! Please, leave her alone and let her live her life.
Talking in the media about how you don't know why she won't talk to you is NOT going to help. Especially when that is what caused the initial problem to begin with.
Perhaps if you shut up for a while there might be a small chance you'd get to know your grandchild! However, it appears that is not the goal. I think they will likely keep milking it until there's no more money to be made there.

My response was to the post indicating it is a tradition not to be “seen in public.” That’s what’s silly. I never said she should be flying around the world working did I? Or standing in the cold in heels or even working. Not sure where all that came from. But she shouldn’t have to hide her pregnant body due to tradition if she wants to go out in public. That’s all.

I fear this is going to be a long term saga. The media will love covering the airing of the dirty Markle linen for years to come as it generates clicks and advertising revenue.

Very sick of it, the behaviour of both half sister and father is deplorable, it’s as if they don’t have respect for Meghan’s boundary and are using the media to smear and bait her.

I wish the media has a soul when it came to things like this I'm grateful she is in a different country. I'm hoping a lot of this is not getting back to her for the sake of her baby. I'm just hoping everyone will get tired of hearing it and they will finally realize its old fake news and stop reporting. I will say this Meghan is doing a good job just ignoring it, I feel bad for her though that's what type of family she has at least she married a prince!!!!!!!

This is the last thing I'm saying about this topic though I really believe Meghan is the bigger person in this obviously. Karma always comes back around and I can't wait till it comes back to bite Samantha and her Dad and to Samantha "shut it".
