Princess Beatrice looks stylish in a £1,400 floral frock as she joins sister Eugenie at the Queen's garden party at Buckingham Palace

Princess Beatrice and Eugenie opt for champagne and floral numbers at Queen's garden party | Daily Mail Online

Sorry but her dress looks awful what a waste of £1,400.

Yes, they always look as if they've stolen the kitchen curtains from 1970s, don't they?
Couldn't someone have cut off the frills?

Eugenie looks okay, if they'd tuck up that bit that's fallen down. lol

Elizabeth Arden has held the Royal Warrant (seal of approval on products they use) since 1962.

34 companies that have the British Royal Warrant | lovemoney.com

Full list below. Interesting to see Harrods lost their warrant in 2000, after 90 years.

List of Royal Warrant holders of the British Royal Family - Wikipedia

It is not surprising given Mohamed Al-Fayed who owned Harrods has long claimed Prince Philip ordered the murder of Princess Diana and Dodi Al-Fayed.

He said that his every move has been “put under the microscope,” since his half-sister Meghan got engaged to Prince Harry.

He believes his name has become so notorious in his home town of Grant’s Pass that no one is willing to hire him or lease a house.

Really!! What landlord would think him being closely related to the Royal family as 'bad for business'?
Well unless....;)

Haha, we NEVER talk about the men's clothing, must be so easy for them to decide what to wear. A suit? Tick. Colour choice? Black, grey, blue. Tie? Nobody cares.

Melania is in for some sartorial analysis, though!

Howzat, Your Majesty! Smiling Queen is perfect in pink as she's joined by Harry, Beatrice and Eugenie to host team captains for the Cricket World Cup at Buckingham Palace garden party

Looks like she also has the matching umbrellas as well as the hats! ;)

I think FLOTUS will look amazing as always she looked stunning in Tokyo.

TM and the rest of his family don’t strike me as the kind to have accepted any guidance that may very well have been offered. Whether it’s mental health issues, ego/hubris, entitlement, jealousy or immaturity (or all of the above), they all seem to be unable to function in a reasonable way or see beyond the end of their own noses.

So true, long time no see, glad your back.

There's a common theme that resonates from Meghan's family members: They always feel that they are criticized, misinterpreted, misunderstood, picked on by the mean media. Do they ever stop to consider how their continued antics embarrass Meghan and/or members of the royal family? I think not! They are selfish, self-absorbed people who care only about themselves. If they want improved media coverage, they should examine their behavior and stop making fools of themselves with their silly antics and whining.

BDE, I love you but would like to rephrase from "Meghan's family members" to Thomas Markle's family members."

The get-together of Doria's extended family looked MAH-velous!

Meghan Markle’s Georgia Family Throws Baby Shower in Her Honor

This side of Meghan's family would be great neighbors, I think!

JMHO YMMV

Thanks for sharing the link. Her maternal heritage is amazing, just as historic as the Royal Family. The ladies used the occasion to honour the strength and resilience of their ancestors and paid honour to Meghan. As in Meghan, you come from something stronger than Royalty, don't forget that, carry the strength of the Ragland family into your new role.

They knew better than to sully the name of their ancestors by trash talking Meghan Markle. Hopefully one day she and Prince Harry will visit the South and learn the heroic history.

As for the Markles. Had they kept their mouths shut, they could have turned their foolishness and poverty into gold by doing a decent reality tv show. If Honey Boo-Boo can get a show, anyone in America can.
The reality tv show could have had a funny theme about a group of left-behind lower class Americans who try to "move up" like their relative.
12 Episodes:
-Learning how to have a posh accent
-London slang vs American Slang
-Etiquette school
-Cooking British (have them all in a kitchen trying to cook British meals)
-British Style Makeovers
-Then the final two episodes could be them going to England and testing their new poshness at British hot spots, and in fancy restaurants, etc.

If they keep it silly and fun, it would be a reality tv hit. And leave Meghan out of it for the sake of peace and respect.

I don’t wish to see anything about the Markle’s. They’re not funny.

As for the FLOTUS wardrobe it will be a rare chance to see her stateside. She must be in hiding in the US.

^^^ THIS^^^

Totally agree. Looking forward to seeing Melania in London.

I have seen too much of Melania as have many. Not sure what to say to children.

No, they're not. But as mentioned, if they had kept their mouths shut, they could have been in a good reality tv show and spared themselves and Meghan all that toxic behaviour.
They have no one to blame but themselves.

True, we haven't seen much of her "wardrobe"lately. She has always been fashionable, looking forward to seeing her evening gowns while in the UK.
I anticipate The Donald's outfit to be bland and stiff as usual.

Doria's side of the family look like they are a lot like the Middletons, very refined and proper.
Doria reminds me a lot of the Queen Mother, she has the same peaceful and serene look about her.

I dont recall the Middletons ever declaring bankruptcy. They are solidly upper middle class people in the British class system.

Although Doria seems to be a very dignified lady, I just do not see any comparison.

Actually, I think you just stated a comparison did you not when you said Doria appears dignified?

Many folks don't compare People based on their financial situation as your post appeared to do. Many individuals see and post on who the people are, vs status by birth or financial, and as the original poster said..

"Doria's side of the family look like they are a lot like the Middletons, very refined and proper.

which I thought was a very lovely and positive comparison.

  • Queen Elizabeth has entertained 12 U.S. presidents since she ascended to the throne 68 years ago
  • During that time, the Queen has traveled to the U.S. and welcomed a number of presidents to her home in Buckingham Palace
  • She has danced with Gerald Ford at the White House and ridden horses with Ronald Reagan at Windsor Castle
  • Now, Queen Elizabeth prepares to host President Donald Trump on Monday for the second time during his presidency
Queen Elizabeth has met 12 U.S. Presidents during her reign | Daily Mail Online

Through the decades, Queen Elizabeth is so elegant. She’s met almost all our modern presidents. She’s seen it all. There are some nice pictures at link. I remember vividly the horseback picture with Reagan. QE is the key to the special relationship. She’ll do great in the upcoming week. And, no doubt she leaves a lasting impression.

< respectfully snipped> I don't watch reality shows and would have no interest in seeing the Markle clan on a TV program, but I credit you with amazing creativity :) I laughed aloud at your list of reality show episodes, and, yes, it could be funny - kind of a British/American The Beverly Hillbillies from the '60s. That said, the less we see of the Markle clan, the better. They've had more than their 15 minutes of fame.
