Just a guess, but I do not think they had the baby in a hospital. 9 hours afterwards he was at the Stables of Windsor, I don't believe there are stables at Frogmore, giving a statement.

We'll find out the rest of the story later!

Thanks! As I was coming back, the radio just reported that she was in labour, then they said she had been in labour for a few hours so announcement should be soon. Put the telly on as soon as I came through the door and its a boy!
