And that additional stress, drama, and risk could have been avoided by not insisting on a home birth, but planning to deliver in the hospital, thereby avoiding all the dead-of-night stealth drives

I may be wrong but I have not seen it confirmed by any reputable source they planned a home birth. I'm not clear on how all the stealth drives would be avoided if a Hospital birth was planned? You don't go to Hospital until labour and I don't believe any other Royals have been admitted prior to labour?

Some journalists will grab anything for a lead. They think the name “John” is a possibility because the stables PH was standing in front of were labeled “George” and “Sir John”. If we want to think PH was giving us a clue, perhaps the name is “Philip” which means “lover of horses”.

Honestly, I think the location of the press conference is no indication of the tyke’s name.

Press is running out of things to write about Scrapper18. I'm waiting until Meghan is pictured out and about. The babes hat or mitten falls off and captured in a pic. Then Meghan becomes a horrible Mother :rolleyes:

I vote for “ Andrew”.

Don't think they'll call him after someone still living.

I'm going to guess Robert. Gives a nod to Scotland with Robert the Bruce without being controversial.

Is that your final answer??? Lol

Dear Simply Southern,

My final answer is Alexander Charles Thomas.

Quick question - what is the deadline if someone wants to change their "final answer"? (asking for a friend):)

Spencer James Phillip

Love the name Spencer, we had the most beautiful Irish Setter named "Spencer".

As predicted Samantha has started up again today I really wish the press would not give her any coverage. It is disgraceful.

What's she been ranting about now?

Not exactly royal baby related but how good did Kate look today in her stripey top and high waist trousers.

Please not Alfie I will find myself singing “what’s it all about, Alfie?” like Cilla Black.
No!
I've had Lily Allen in my head ever since it was suggested ;)

She is ranting that it is the Duchess’s turn to make amends and she must make their father a part of the royal baby’s life.

Did Prince Harry’s horses give a clue to royal baby’s name?

Prince Harry remained tight-lipped about potential names for Baby Sussex during his TV announcement Monday.

But royal fans reckon he gave a cryptic clue about the little lad’s name — and it’s all down to where he was standing.

The 34-year-old first-time dad stood outside the stables in the grounds of Windsor Castle, where two horses poked their heads out in the background.

And royal watchers reckon the stallions’ names — George and Sir John — could be a clue to the royal baby’s own moniker.

George was my fathers name, so I'd be happy with that! :)
