Meghan looks like she's in a joyous daze. What a crazy year it's been for her.

How soon before he is christened? I guess that will be the next photo-op.

Joyous daze - yes, I was scrambling to describe but you covered it. It felt like she was itching to take her baby and hold him. I noticed she's still stroking her bump too.

I wish we could have seen the baby better, but you can tell how gorgeous he is!

That was really nice of them to do the little 'family' interview and photoshoot. I don't think it was worse than a quick glimpse outside the Lindo, and I am happy for Meghan and Harry that they've had some time for recuperation after the hard work of the birth, and time to snuggle with baby instead of worrying about hair and makeup.

I preferred the small photocall today to the media extravaganza at the Lindo wing it felt more intimate and personal. No criticism of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge intended it is just my personal preference.

In the USAToday link that Cags posted it said Charlotte was christened in July, so maybe Baby Sussex's ceremony will be in July on a date when the parents, grandparents, auntie and uncle Cambridge and the great-grandparents can all be there?

Sure she has that dress ripped off by now and is doting a yoga pants and a smile

Every time I see a royal new mom just after birthing their baby in heels; my crotch aches for them in sympathy hahaha

In a word, hormones. They'll settle out in a few weeks but until then, with extra baby weight, her body temp is a tiny bit higher.

It’s my favorite! And whom ever said Meghan looks so much like her momma now, upthread, is spot on. She really does in these. A more plump face suits her. I’m just tickled for them.

She gives me ankle envy. I was lucky with my babies and back in my skinny jeans pretty fast, but my "fankles" have never truly recovered.
