I just read the dress cost £151,000 in 1981 which is £404,000 in 2019 WOW.



The wedding was in 1981 and I wasn’t born till 1984 so I don’t remember the 1980s much.

were something. I turned 20 in 1984. Lucky I survived those years.

I thought Meagan & Harry wanted a gender neutral child but they named him Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor.
Could Archie Harrison be also a female name? IMO Archie is a boys name and not gender neutral at all.
Anyone else feel this is hypocritical or was it another MSM fake news article.
There are many names that could be for both male and female.

It was probably a BS story. The news media was going crazy trying to dig up anything while we waited for Master Archie. IMO

Why does Fergie insist on wearing dresses about two sizes too small? The last few times we’ve seen her, she looks like the seamstress had to finish the dress on Fergie.

Beatrice is definitely in need of a fashion assistant. For that matter, wherever she buys her clothes, they could give her advice on how to put each outfit together. It doesn’t matter how much she pays for an item, she just doesn’t get it. The white hat and nude shoes made her navy dress look horrible. Add to that, she carried a navy clutch. Too many colors in her accessories.

Well, for that matter, there were a number of ladies at the wedding that have no idea on how to dress stylish!

Ah, the 80's. Lots of big shoulder pads, pleats, puffy sleeves, skirts and embellishments. Big hair. Agree, lots of fabric, especially shiny fabric! Diana's dress was very fashionable for the times.

In the workplace, it was considered "power dressing" for women. Not sure about all the bows and poufs, though.
