Well, I'm up way late watching World Series baseball. Good lord, it's the 18th inning, longest post game in history, Boston and Los Angeles are tied 2 & 2... It is too exciting!!! I can't sleep.

So, I'm catching up on my favorite thread at WS.

The red dress with the tag was just beautiful.

The blue dresses, all of them are Meghan's color. I love the last casual one that looks super comfortable. And her hair pulled back, no messy bun looks very nice.

The Oscar dress is just stunning, and yes very ballerina. I would have glammed up her hair to go with it.

Her make up... Her make up was so natural at her wedding. She should stick to that.

She needs to ditch the bronzer as definition, and moonlight highlighter above it. This shiny contoured sculpted thing in make up just looks terrible, in my opinion. You want to go a shade lighter with a matte blush on the upper apple of the cheeks. There, I said it. And I would have added a hint of pink lips for color with the monochrome evening dress.

Omg... Los Angeles, a walk off home run in the 18th inning for the win!!! This was a 7 hour game... This was some amazing baseball tonight. Wow...

I can finally say good night... Zzzzz

I agree completely about Meghan's makeup! She is so beautiful and has such nice facial features that she really does not need much makeup at all. Her cheekbones are prominent without any highlighter or blush. Perhaps like many women she is a little insecure with her body changing due to her pregnancy and if she feels her face is fuller, she is trying to conceal that. But I have not noticed any change at all. Perhaps she needs to lose the Hollywood-style stylist. It is a different world. If she would like to stick to her American roots, a stylist who works with women CEOs and businesswomen may be more appropriate. There are many stylists in New York now who cater to women who need to be modest and business-appropriate but still want to be fashion forward (and who can afford it).

YES!! The dress is wonderful.

I've been saying I wanted to see some contrast in her clothing and this is why - the Oscar de la Renta dress looks GREAT on Meghan and is far more interesting than anything else I've seen her wear. Not at all boring. I love the neckline too - with the birds making such an attractive edge.

More if this, Meghan!!

And since she's following my advice about the contrast in her dresses, now I'll make a suggestion: work on the make-up. I'd like to see less color on the cheek and instead focus the make up on her beautiful eyes. Maybe a brighter lip now and then....but seriously, tone down the cheeks or at least apply the blush differently. Her cheeks consistently look bad. Going with a minimal cheek color might be far better. I hope she tries that so we can see if it works.

But, that dress is definitely a hit. Shoes are great too (though I'm thinking as the pregnancy goes on, she might prefer wedges or a lower heel?). I like a sling-back and they suit the dress really well.

Great idea - glammed up hair with the Oscar de la Renta dress would've been super fun to see!

The black and white Oscar De La Renta is gorgeous!!! Very fashion forward and yet classic at the same time. She almost looks like a ballerina.

I don't think we have seen this dress on the thread yet, from her last morning in Tonga:

She may have worn this on the plane back to Sydney. Looks great and comfortable too. This shade of blue is wonderful on her!

Yes, the color is pretty - lively instead of how she can sometimes look dull in her color choices. This is a good choice.

And I see her freckles, which I love.

A make-up artist, hair stylist and clothes stylist are all needed. Her eyelashes look like spider legs to me!!! Of course, I am not a fan of mascara because it makes my eyelashes look like spider legs. What is up with the blush!!!!

Of course it is easy for me to say all the stylists are needed because I am not plastered all over media.

Seemingly O/T but not really. That helicopter crash at the Leister City football field was dreadful. My thoughts and prayers to the mans' family/friends.

Unfortunately, if the Cambridges continue to use helicopters to move their family from one location to another, as they did this week, a crash would definitely put Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan on the throne after Prince Charles.

Having travelled by helicopter myself, there is virtually no chance of survival if it crashes and the whole gizmo is held together with ONE nut/rivet.

ETA: I hope it never happens but other royals have died in plane crashes.

The Leicester tragedy is very sad indeed. I’m not a fan of helicopters and would never get on one. If anything goes wrong you are pretty much very unlikely to survive. Her Majesty The Queen uses helicopters and so do Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall and I’m surprised they do for safety and security reasons.

Yes the Cambridges were travelling to and fro from Anmer Hall to Buck House and back with Louis this week. Seems all the children were choppered there for their school holiday. William, Kate and Louis came back, overnight, for the state dinner. Earlier, all five of them flew to Anmer Hall with William at the helm.

IMO, they'd be better off in a few vehicles.

DAY 13 - Sydney and Wellington, New Zealand

Meghan’s bargain outfit steals show

Meghan changed out of her burgundy Hugo Boss gown into an ASOS maternity dress and a brown Karen Walker trench coat while Harry swapped his grey suit for a blue one.

New Zealand was the first country in the world to give women the vote, a fact which Meghan told attendees made them “universally admired”.

The Duchess looks lovely here. They must be happy how this tour went the Duke and Duchess did great.
I think this one’s my favorite. Love the color & style!
