They are lovely photos. I do wonder when they were taken as the Duchess of Sussex has no sign of a bump.
And it looks summery. What's the weather there now?

I’m in Scotland but the weather has been sunny with warmer than average temperatures recently averaging 15 degrees in London. Much colder weather in single digits is coming next week. These photos must have been taken in the early summer.

This is from the article:
"Photograph of Prince Charles and his family taken in the gardens of Clarence House in September this year"

That is a great photo. It's hard to believe George is getting so big. I LOVE that big laugh!

Louis is adorable in these latest photos. And Charlotte has lost her baby face.

I'm so glad this latest generation of royals is proving more popular than the one above - Charles, Anne, Andrew & Edward were definitely not in favour with the public when they were in their 30's and 40's. Will & Harry have turned things around and actually, it's taken decades, but I think Charles is becoming more popular and accepted the older he gets.

That's my impression too....and I think Diana was the catalyst. She set this in motion, imo.

The Queens toast to Charles:

"It is a privilege for any mother to be able to propose a toast to her son on his 70th birthday. It means that you have lived long enough to see your child grow up. It is rather like —to use an analogy I am certain will find favour — planting a tree and being able to watch it grow.

My mother saw me turn 70, of course. And she was heard to observe that 70 is exactly the age when the number of candles on your cake finally exceeds the amount of breath you have to blow them out.

Over his 70 years, Philip and I have seen Charles become a champion of conservation and the arts, a great charitable leader — a dedicated and respected heir to the throne to stand comparison with any in history — and a wonderful father.

Most of all, sustained by his wife Camilla, he is his own man, passionate and creative. So this toast is to wish a happy birthday to my son, in every respect a duchy original. To you Charles. To the Prince of Wales.”
