Vancouver, BC has long been a popular alternate location for movies and tv. That's probably why MM chose it. Is Harry really interested in the movie business? I hope he's still able to work for his favorite charities. Some of them were really important, doing good work. It's sad he's leaving them.

If these two have been living separate for months as we have heard, and a divorce is in the works, his comment of “no option” reflects the best outcome for the settlement in the divorce. IMO.

If a divorce is in the foreseeable future, MM cut her own throat by going public with this demand for she and Harry to step down. They have now been cut from many of the luxuries enjoyed since marrying.

MM certainly can’t go back and request part of those luxuries in a divorce settlement since it was she and Harry’s decision to give them up by wanting out of working Royal life.

Unless their new attempt to make millions occurs quickly, MM will not have the money she dreamed of. She only thought of what the brand could do, she failed to consider the time it would take to get it together. They may receive money for signed contracts, however, following through with production is another factor if a divorce is under way. I am positive the Queen has all this figured out and why Harry’s answer was “no option”.

My opinions only.

Harry and Meghan’s Hard Exit

The couple’s wish to carve out more ‘progressive’ roles has led to the loss of perks, privileges and titles.

How awful PH will miss his brother’s first party at BP.
(Linked above).

Is this what we are in for on a daily basis, headline after headline, none favorable to PH/MM?

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle 'are not planning to do a tell-all TV interview' | Daily Mail Online

I don’t see how they will have any semblance of privacy if
MM hangs with celebrities. Even PH is used to “people” steering & advising his almost every move, moo.
I believe they will become prisoners in their own home.

Their future business endeavors will require them to be out promoting themselves frequently. The product they're selling is Harry and his family's good name and reputation, so the public is going to want to see Harry, whether in person, on film, on social media, etc. If anything, he'll have less privacy than before. MOO

but I think they will enjoy perks & privileges, on a different level, the kind MM desires. Glitz & glamour of Showbiz. I think she much prefers to be photographed with stars rather than the homeless. I never felt MM to be sincere, everything seemed like a photo op. Even her first outing with QE, she intimated they were very close & sharing secrets. At that point I’m guessing QE vaguely knew her. I don't understand depriving your child of the heritage he was "born into". That seems very selfish to me. Especially for a mother from a fractured family. One would think that she would consider it an honor to raise her child with all the privilege and honor being a royal holds.

I wonder if all the press adored her would there have been ‘no other option’.....

Yes and it will only get worse when the lawsuit goes to trial. I really wish there was other positive royal news going on not related to the couple it’s too much. We don’t need an in-depth analysis of every aspect of their lives. Hopefully the interest will subside and the media companies will take note.

What I find saddest about this whole mess... Remember all the early talk about H&M spending a few years in Africa? No question that is what H wanted to do, and I'm guessing he believed she was on board with it. Now Africa has turned into Canada, and I think his life is going to be very, very different than he expected.

I don't think MM will ever set foot in England again.

Let's say they are worth $30M. Does anyone have a conservative estimate of what kind of income that would give them every year?
