Yes, I really liked the episode of PC going to Wales to study before his investiture. It was a great story. Beautiful and enjoyed hearing all the Welsh speaking.
I loved that episode too.

Given all the security around her and that she was looking at the camera, I'd say it was a pre-arranged photo shoot. Something that probably wasn't allowed back in England, for security reasons. But, hey, those rules are probably the kinds of things she wanted to get away from, the toxic environment and all.
Absolutely agree with you @Betty P I doubt the paparazzi just stumbled upon her. Do we know the photog? Curious if her friend snapped the pics?

So for those who watch The Crown, did you like Olivia Coleman as QE in season 3? I ADORED her although it took me an episode or so to get used to the new actors. I thought she was wonderful.

I also loved the actor who plays Philip. I loved him in Outlander too although his character was so yucky.

I think the show is so so good, and it’s a little bit of a history lesson in each episode.

Just saw these photos of them filming bits with Diana for next season today The Crown: Emma Corrin plays Princess Diana in series four | Daily Mail Online

I genuinely hope we will get more photos of Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice in the future. They have such interesting fashion choices. Not choices I would personally make myself :p but I think they really have fun with it. I do hope we get at least a little snap of Beatrice's wedding gown. *prays*

Most know that I am not a fan of M but she did look nice in the pic walking the dogs. I was surprised that there was no snow and that she did not wear gloves. Overall, she looked nice and cute pups. I am not sure I would get a baby out in those cold temps for a walk. The baby did look snug.

I think she is smiling because she is looking forward to seeing her husband.

If the Duchess was looking miserable the Daily Mail would have made a big deal of it she can’t win either way.

Archie looks really big in the photos I think he is going to be tall.

I always feel a bit sorry for them. They make brave fashion choices and some of them are ridiculed by the press in snarky ways. They're not typically ultra slim either, God love 'em for that. And beautiful auburn hair.

I love Olivia but really why did they need to change from Claire Foy, Matt Smith and Vanessa Kirby? They were all just perfect IMO. Particularly Claire Foy, she had every mannerism of HM down pat.

I loved Claire Foy as well. I think it was just that the show characters out-aged those actors. I think I read each cast will do 2 seasons?

Canadians walk their babes even in cold weather. Vancouver is a much dryer climate.

:)I’m only a few episodes in but it do like the new actors. I watch Netflix on my phone (on the weekends at bedtime) so it usually takes numerous attempts to get through each episode completely (because I inevitably doze off). I suppose I could ask someone to set up Netflix on the tv lol.

Bravo, I am in SE USA so cold weather is rough on me. Getting out in fresh air is good for all.

It means the same, no telling off involved, just The Sun sensationalising the non-event.

Cute video though!
I remember PW being interviewed once and talking about what it was like to have HM as grandmother. He said that when she is annoyed you really feel it -once he and ZP were racing around outside at Balmoral, I think there was a toy car involved, and they were making noise and did something reckless, so HM came out and shouted at them - he said "She gave me a right bollocking and I have never forgotten it".
Lol

I read an article with the creator or showrunner or something who said that basically you can't make someone look more than 10 years off their age (older or younger) without major makeup which ends up taking forever and looking odd when they act. I think Claire Foy and Vanessa Kirby were better as the Queen and PM but I really liked Tobias Menzies as Philip I thought he did a better job than Matt Smith.

It's much better on the big screen tv, if you can get someone to help set it up. We have a smart tv that goes online and links directly to Netflix via the remote. There is some beautiful scenery in the series that is great to watch on a bigger tv.

Actually, both Bea & Eugenie have great figures I think. Very classical and womanly. Their fashion is fun because it can be a surprise hat to end all hats, and I thought Eugenie was the bride of the year. I loved everything about her wedding dress and look.

I don't watch The Crown but have you heard Spitting Image is coming back after nearly 25 years (eek, where's that gone?)? Wonder what they'll do with the Royals this time.

Back in 1996 the main royal characters were:

Other members who were parodied include: the sex-obsessed Prince Andrew, the envious and heavily freckled Sarah, Duchess of York, the grumpy Princess Anne, the poorly informed Prince Edward, the Panzer-driving Princess Michael of Kent, and the always tipsy Princess Margaret.
