Likely not. I had asked Anne Bremner recently what the decision of the CA AG is on the case, and she said she hasn't heard anything yet. Let's stay optimistic

No, Adam flew from Memphis on a Continental flight through Houston, TX........arriving a few minutes after 4pm.....he was in seat 14A (coach).

For that matter, what about Jonah, Dina, Nina, Luber, etc.? Did any of these POIs have a SW credit card? Although I'd think if they did and they murdered Becky, they likely would steal/use someone else's credit card to do that hanky panky viewing/searches on Becky's computer.

Just noting, although probably not of any real interest.... a man was found outside the Phoenix area (Maricopa County), murdered with his hand tied behind his back and feet bound. One report says he had a handkerchief around his mouth the other says his eyes.

Investigators were called out to 119th and Southern avenues north of the Gila River shortly before 8 a.m. Friday....

...video from the scene showed what appeared to the body of a man who had been bound, hands and feet, and blindfolded.

After I read these, I searched a bit... seemed surprising how many cases are easily found of a murder where the person's hands and feet were tied.

I'm going to go out on a limb and speculate that if this bound, blindfolded man was found hanging in a noose at the Spreckels mansion, the police in SD would have called it a suicide. And I'm not trying to be facetious. :what:

Someone seemed to suggest in an earlier post that JS and AS are innocent. DS was the perpetrator. I highly doubt it. There's no way DS could pull it through in a house that did not belong to her and was occupied by another "innocent" party. MOO.

Add Jonah's keys to house would have been on his Honda SUV key chain, the keys Nina used to drive Jonah's car from RCH to G Street that night.

And I am sure that Dina was still ticked off (at Jonah) for not being allowed access to 1124 G the summer of 2009: this is when it was on the market, due to be auctioned on 7/11/2009, and Dina rented the place in La Jolla and skipped out on the rent (of 32k).

Yeah, I don't think entry to the house was a problem or knowing the layout. I think Dina would have probably known the layout much better than Adam.

So, she somehow was given rights to live in the house as part of the divorce?

Maybe someone knows - did Dina go by "Dina Romano" after the divorce and then go back to using "Dina Shacknai"? I'm asking because in a lot of early articles she was referred to as "Dina Romano".
