Nope, can't see it at all, just get a "your IP address has been banned" message, and a note to contact the administrator (and clicking "contact us" tells me that the email has been shut down to me). And all I did was apply for membership!

I just did a quick look-see at the FAQs and the registration notice (both appeared standard stuff to me) and I saw nothing about membership "subject to approval". However, I did see info about referrals by existing members.

Anyway, I find it very strange! :dunno:

So there's this website called The Schwartz Report, it's just a giant message board about Nassau and Suffolk politics. I went to register, was told I'd receive authorization by email - and instead my IP address was banned by their admins, and now I can't even read the site! And I wasn't trying to register with any sort of controversial user name. I'm guessing the mods figured that, since I'm in Pennsylvania, I must not have anything to contribute about Long Island politics, and so I must be a spammer. Still very odd, though, if you ask me.

Edit - By the way, I normally would have put the above in "Crockpot", but it's locked. So I tried "Crackpot", and that's locked too. I ain't startin' a "Crookpot" thread, no sirree.

So....you're saying I should delete my "Stockpot" thread? :waitasec:

Loved them and have had both during my life - (at times better than my kids and grands)!!!

I had two sister cats from birth and one died suddenly of a rare heart condition in Sept. My dad died around the same time and now I have his small Maltese dog with my cat. They avoid each other. At least there is no fur flying around the house.

Schwartz is a Tool. scpd, pba, and DA owns him. He now has some sort of PR job in nassau with mangano. gets about 85k. doubt if he does much, if anything.

The board is monitored by scpd. schwartz is eager to please.
