The Crime Scene and Investigation

I see now, what you mean. Some days ago I suggested, that perhaps the 10K was a "wedding gift" to CWW. My response was based on the question, how CWW would have had 10K in cash to pay JR. It wasn't based on any facts, just a thought. That's what the post in question may have been referring to.

IMO CWw has money.... plenty of it and he could have paid out the 10 grand to JR himself.

I would love to know what JR told Law Enforcement.
This all should be very interesting.

Why do you think MS has cash money? Just curious.

Yes That's what was said but I cant remember who said it. That's the opposite of what ArizonaRain says.

i respectfully disagree. AR said CWW at the funeral was hugging people and ingratiating himself into the situation. Someone can still do that plus acting nervous simultaneously.

It's possible that CWW never intended to pay JR anything other than a bullet to the head. That really would be the only way to assure he wouldn't talk. But, given that they were found out so quickly and there's video showing them together in Fl near the Sievers home (relatively near), if JR disappeared or was found dead would have sealed the fate of CWW. Even if they couldn't prove CWW murdered TS, he would have been seen as THE suspect in anything happening to JR. I firmly believe that had no arrests been made at that time, JR would have disappeared or died due to his yapping. Boy, what a mouth on that guy. One might think he wanted to be caught for something...

If u had a guy co.e and kill your wife do u get accommodations for him while he attends the funeral? I do t see it.

I think it depends on the relationship. If you had a guy come kill your wife (plus he's your BFF from childhood and you were just in his wedding the same amount of states away, a month prior) it would be strange not to have him come to the funeral. In addition, if you were the guy who had your wife killed, you may want that guy with you at the funeral for various reasons. IMO Obviously.

A thought about MS getting accommodations for CWW: what if the room bugged in addition to surveillance? MS could have been kept in the dark about CWW at that time, even though he may have given LE his name, he may not have known anything further as the investigation progressed. If MS didn't know at his wife's funeral, that would be another sickening realization for him :(

LE may have kept MS in the dark out of respect for MS and the children, or so that MS wouldn't haul off and try to hurt CWW thus alerting him he was a suspect, or so that MS wouldn't be nervous and accidentally give something away by acting differently to cww. I think it would be pretty much impossible for most people to keep a poker face for something like this. For all we know, MS was considered a suspect at that time, too and they would want to see all interactions.

On further thinking, I don't believe MS knew CWW was in the crosshairs at the funeral.

As an FYI, the accommodations arranged for CWW by MS weren't at a hotel they were in a family member's home. This is third hand from someone who attended the funeral, but I believe it to be true. Also, even though it was stated that CWW's wife was in Florida/at the funeral, I have not been able to confirm this with anyone nor do I know it to be true.

Do you know whose family and did you hear this while you were at the funeral?

My assumption would be that if CWW's wife were in FL, she would have attended the funeral with her husband out of respect for their longtime friendship. It may happen that she was in the city, but chose not to attend for whatever reason, and it would be odd, because MS was in their wedding. Odd, but possible. She is definitely in a position to know how her husband felt about TS and why.

It's possible that CWW never intended to pay JR anything other than a bullet to the head. (Good theory FL....he wasn't a relative, and easily manipulated) That really would be the only way to assure he wouldn't talk. (JRR's Girlfriend, had a video on the internet, with her playing a game called "Assassin's Creed." One of the assassin's tools in the video was a hammer.) Boy, what a mouth on that guy. One might think he wanted to be caught for something...
(Or maybe JRR "got wise" from playing his video games with gf, one scenario being...Assassinate the Assassin. Maybe he decided to keep some evidence from the crime to protect himself??)
FelicityLemon, In no way do I think your post is like a "video game." However, I think a young man without a strong moral compass or mentor might spend too much time playing those cloak and dagger type of games. Makes me wonder what "got stuck" in his mind? He spent a long time in jail/prison (20 percent of his young life.) And maybe he learned how to "protect himself" just in case he got blamed for this crime, from listening to other inmates. I am thinking something, more than blood on the coveralls...torn fabric, dog hair, canine saliva etc.?? IF JRR was in that house, I think he would have taken something else from the house/crime scene... a piece of jewelry, a picture, expensive sunglasses?

You might if you didn't think anyone was going to get caught and you want it to look "natural". Why wouldn't your best buddy come to your wife's funeral? You were just at his wedding, etc etc. It would be odd if you didn't.

Not to worry, I wouldn't think you were comparing my post to a video game! :D

That's interesting to hear; I didn't know about the video of the gf playing games on youtube. It's also interesting to learn that one of the game assassin tools is hammer. That sheds a new light on people saying that he "called himself an assassin and that his favorite tool was a hammer." Blurred lines of reality. It could also explain why JR was using hammer as his facebook nickname, I'd like to think it was his naivete and not in reference to real life murder. :/ As you say, he probably is easily influenced.

Oh, tragically JR did have a mentor - just not a decent human being. One of CWW's ex-wives is quoted as saying she thought that CWW had taken JR under his wing and was teaching him how to protect himself when they met in prison. So many lives devastated. Ripples in a pond, all impacted from a single stone: CWW.

Your post makes me think more strongly about CWW using JR as a weapon. I wonder what kind of intelligence JR has; morally weak, but smart enough to keep evidence pointing to CWW?

Also makes me think of other scenarios: JR to help drive, but CWW commits the murder? JR could have been so freaked out at what he saw that barfed there and left DNA?

Can't remember where the airport timing discussion was, so I'll comment here.

I just flew into RSW on a similar distance, late night, eastern corridor direct flight as TS did.

It took exactly 22 minutes from the time the wheels touched the runway until I was at the car that was left for me in the lot, minus waiting for checked bags. It took a whole extra 3 minutes to get the bag, 25 minutes total. I knew RSW was a fast airport to get through, but that is one of the fastest.

However, as is also very typical of that type of flight, we were 45 minutes late in the air, and landed 20 minutes after scheduled.

As an aside, I caught myself texting my family saying "I made it, I'm here" as I was walking to the car, not when I actually got to my hotel.

And as another aside, I sure do wish I didn't have to go to work tomorrow morning and could go to the courthouse instead!

NBC back in front of Sievers' home with cameraman and antennas up...

Whoa....and MS comes home! Trent Kelley in pursuit with cameraman...raised voices and...garage door goes down...

just keepin it live for ya ;)

okay...time for clarification. NBC2 out in front of Siever's home. The garage door goes up and it was actually MS going to leave the garage and obviously did not see media out front (to the side). After exiting garage...pause, backs the car back into the garage & TK asking him for interview from the road. Garage door back down = NO! NBC2 has not left.

Thanks mckazpm for keeping all us WS'ers live. :)

So MS hasn't left either?
