This NG report from "sources on the scene" that TS was found in the kitchen was never confirmed by LE or MSM.

Not only that but think about how many hours it takes to go through the computers and devices seized from the crime scene, the doctor's office, CWW and maybe JRR as well. They can't just say, oh it looks like this or it looks like that. Information pertinent to the case must be uncovered, compiled, analyzed, and documented in a report type of format. It's entirely possible that phone records and bank records may also have to be subpoenaed and the same thing would go for those. This is a very laborious process, trust me. And not just anybody can do this type of work. Computer experts and forensic accountants are needed. Then once the reports are ready, they will probably go to the boss, Sheriff Mike Scott and then if they are not torn apart and have to be rewritten, they would then have to get the DA's approval that they are acceptable to use as evidence.

I'm so impressed, more so everyday, with the sleuthing skills of everyone here. When I first started sleuthing (lurking) this case, my initial theory was extremely short sighted. I'm one of those people who hated group projects in school, and I can be a bit dismissive when I 'feel' sure about something in 'real life', but this site has proved to me how ineffective that strategy can be. Many minds working together is invaluable. And here, there are so many brilliant and kind sleuths. The internet is usually not a nice place for discussion, and IMO, fewer people contribute when they're afraid to share their ideas. Not the case here! This community is not only very smart, but kind and that makes all the difference.:heartluv:arty::yourock:

IIRC, First JR was arrested, then he and his gf were detainedby LE, then gf spoke with LE.

Ok, well if that's the case then it doesn't sound like L.E. were steered to Rodgers and Wright two weeks after the murder because of a phone call made from anyone in Missouri.

I, too, thought Rodgers' girlfriend may have dropped a dime on them (or "dimed them out" as the hipster detectives like to say), but I guess not. Certainly Mark Sievers himself wouldn't have told L.E. about Rodgers and Wright would he? Not if he were involved in any way that is. Right?

But... if Rodgers and Wright conspired together and were there "just" to burglarize the house when they believed the entire Sievers family were out of town, it does make sense that Teresa Sievers very well may have interrupted a burglary in progress by coming home a day earlier than the rest of her family. That would explain the home's disabled alarm system and an entry door with broken glass. Good thing Rodgers brought a hammer with him. Never know when you may need one. (sigh, rolls eyes)

JMO, if CWW or JW purchased a hammer, the murder weapon, on camera the night before at Walmart, FL would have a strong case for first degree murder charges. Of course, FL might up the charges after extradition but at the time of the arrest warrant, LSCO had already reviewed the Walmart video. My intuition tells me no hammer on cam.

Now that we know from the dog's thread that the dogs are in the house, I cannot imagine that she was killed there unless the house has been crime scene cleaned. No one has mentioned cleaners.

One of the mods suggested that she was killed in the van. In pics of the van, can anyone see if there are strange things such as blood splatter?

It wouldn't be unusual for neighbors not to see crime scene clean up crews. They could come late at night, unmarked vehicles. Not to say this ever happened, professionally at least, but there is no way the children could be back on the scene without a clean up.

I seem to remember one of the posters, who was also a neighbor, mention that a cleaning van was spotted at the house.

That was me. And to follow-up with another suggestion...
Could she have been rear-ended on her drive from the airport which would require 2 people. One to take over her vehicle and one to continue driving the offending vehicle? IDK. Just another idea.

Meanwhile, the other assailant was parked down the street waiting. Upon seeing her drive in, he pulls into drive to block any attempted escape. She reopens garage door and tries to back out but backs into assailants' vehicle. They accost her, get her and vehicle back into garage, close garage door, and move her into the house. I believe she was killed inside the house, not in the garage.

If that happened I would think it would have been a risky plan and may have alerted the neighbors.
