Anybody know where Hank Sr. and Lisa ended up?

Secured bond:

Like the name suggests, a secured bail bond requires the suspect to put up a security deposit or some form of collateral (often property) as a guarantee that he or she will show up for the trial. The property's worth must be equal to or more than the bail amount required by the court. Often referred to as property bonds, a secured bail bond can be obtained from either the suspect or from any willing individual.

This is 116 Tyler.

Property Appraisor record.

ST JOHNS RIVERSIDE ESTATES HIGHLANDS SEC UNIT 5 MB5 P67 BLK 5 LOT 5 (MAP SHEETS 39A + 39B)

Ok so Lindsy and Hank have given up their right to that property. Now Sapp owns it and could use it as collateral if he chose to help Lindsy.

Is this Tyler St. or not? Confused.

go a little further down from the power of attorney and Lindsey did a quick claim deed to Guy Sapp for $10.00 on 2/8/2010 but the address showing is not 116 Tyler - it is showing as Lot 5 block 5 of St. Johns Riverside Estates and a double wide motorhome....

The description St. Johns Riverside Estates is the subdivision it is in, not the physical address. It is used by appraisers for identifying purposes.

And it is a mobile home, not motorhome, lol, it doesn't have a motor on it like a travel trailer/camper.

Thank you grandmaj for clearing that up. It IS the same property and I suspect your analogy of what has happened here is correct.

A bit of real estate info to help out:

Unless a mobile home is on a permanent foundation, it is owned much like a motor vehicle. There are tags that need to be paid through the Dept. of Motor Vehicles and there would be an ownership registration like a motor vehicle.

Any DEEDS are on the property and wouldn't include the MH - UNLESS it is on a permanent foundation.

I was in real estate for 20 years. Hope this helps the sleuthing! :blowkiss:

I'm thinking she wants to get her tax money as quickly as possible and needs to sign Tommy's name to the returns..Thats whay the POA...JMO

  • #32
Well she signed this quit claim using her POA. Maybe Grandpa is going to help her bail out Tommy and he needed clear deed to the property to get the money. If her name was on the property and her credit is bad no loan. Just guessing here.

  • #33
Yep, I just looked at the docs-Lindsy signed the deed over to her grandfather.
Tommy's name shouldn't even be on the quitclaim deed-he is not listed on the mortgage, the first deed or at the property appraiser site.

When I got married I had to deed my own home to myself via a quitclaim deed because of the name change. It sounds stupid but it has to be done to be legal-you can't just go to the courthouse and say "change my name on the deed to ________".

I think its sad to do all of this wrangling to get someone out who is just going right back in...Take the money and run honey! use it for a divorce lawyer, and feed your kids!

  • #35
Did anyone notice how the power of attorney doc. stated how they identified Tommy?
"Jail issued armband".

  • #36
I wonder if Grandpa is going to put them on the condo deed too-- maybe that's worth enough to assure a bond?

  • #37
If Lindsey sales, how much is that property worth in cash???

Where is Hank and Lisa???

  • #39
If I were Lindsey's parents, I sure wouldn't bail Tommy out.
I would want him far away and straighten my daughter and grandchildren out.
Give them education and away from drugs and all the Croslin/ Cummings Clan!!!
