conversation thing, perhaps GBC took the baby and gave her a break and Maybe, just maybe, it was to give Allison a break from the baby and some me time or rest time. Maybe also, the BCs were unwelcoming to her. JMO

Sometimes with your inlaws you just can't muster the energy to do the conversation thing, perhaps the baby was taken to give Allison a rest and GBC went to Mum and Dad's because they would take the baby and give him a break also.

I think what most posters are commenting on, is not the veracity of the statements, but the nature of the observations...they don't appear to be too supportive of Allison in their comments and opinions as opposed to facts (eg dark colours sign of depression, was beautiful etc). Obviously they are of Gerard, but they could be both - they are not mutually exclusive.

AT 8.30PM Alison is calmly talking about a sleepover etc.. talking quietly.. obviously, Gerard hasn't laid it out on Alison that Toni said she isn't to go to the conference tomorrow morning as yet.... he's keeping that for later.. just as obviously , he hasn't told Alison he is leaving her, like he told Toni he was going to, or that he was selling the business.... whatta surprise!..
