The Baden Clays and Olivia are all under oath, they are giving there observations, surely we should give them credit that they are telling the truth.

But, are they???????????

the timeline is not making any sense to me, the children are still going to sleep at 8.30pm after having been put to bed between 6.30 and 7pm, seems a long time to go to sleep.

I really don't understand where the prosecution is going with this line of evidence, this sounds more like defense evidence

It takes my kids a little while to properly settle and fall asleep after being put to bed. If the children get sent to bed early but their normal sleep time is 8.30 I could see that the could be still awake. JMO

I know right .. WTF .. remind me to wear hot pink in the months leading up to any domestic incident just so anyone who hurts me cannot use this lame excuse .. I swear to god .. Guess 'Allison suicided' is going to be the defence strategy.

Looks like Suicide and Depression is the ONLY thing they have to hang on to.
That one and only thing is hanging by a very fine thread. Trying to strengthen that very fine thread subliminally.

He's taking the blame for suggesting anything that seemed susp?
Yep! He and Olivia... I promise not to name call, I promise not to name call, I promise not to name call. I really really really want to start using derogatory name calling but I promise I won't

I will keep my opinions on the other evidence to myself. Pity, I did enjoy some of the intelligent conversation.

Sprats, we enjoy your views and input. At the end of the day that is all we can give, our views and thoughts, it would be unrealistic to think that I could expect others to see it just as I see it, particularly if it were to ask others to believe in the opposite to strongly held views formed over a period of time.

Olivia: I put her to bed ... but I didn't know what was wrong with her. Later I learned it was anxiety. #badenclay

Hmmm... easy to see where the defence is leading. Always wore dull clothes? ... means she must have been depressed? Careful all of you out there who have dark clothes in your woredrobe... you may be mistaken for being depressed.

I hate the way Nigel is making out that it was him pressing on with all of the insurance claims etc when we know too well it was GBC. They are making out that GBC had nothing to do with all of the suspicious things. Next thing Nigel will say it was him who was having the affair and not his son. OMG!!!

I don't know what's worse; leaving Allison on a muddy creek bed or trying to instill a lasting legacy that she left her children by choice.

then they have to explain the miracle of this woman who inconveniently commits suicide in the carport and magically transports herself to the Kholo bridge and buries herself halfway under in mud..

big task ahead, there..

Olivia: spoke to others around Brookfield, walked around but didn't get far because wasn't in appropriate footwear. #badenclay

...and needed to put on a brightly colored dress.

David Murray ‏@TheMurrayD 56s

Nigel: Allison's dress 'always of a dull nature - think that was an indication she was a depressed person'. #badenclay

What the...! Love it when armchair experts start diagnosing, if wearing beige is a symptom of depression on that basis my mothers been clinically depressed for the past 60 years. What a load...

Their strategy is so transparent...if it wasn't so serious I would laugh. But I'm just getting more furious by the moment.

And she DOESN'T DRIVE? Surely they don't think this is not an obvious LIE! They had a CAR EACH! Even the kids specified which car mum drove. I'd love to know how she managed her hectic life with three daughters, work and extra curricula activities without driving. LIARS! :banghead:

and you would think they would be grateful to Alison for killing herself , if that's their chosen view.. she leaves Gerard with a mighty insurance payout, and isn't that convenient, JUST when he is in so much financial trouble!!.. and a lovely new woman to take over things, all ready to step in, in fact, eager and anxious to step in and take over the girls... its like a .... a ... miracle, really...

Nige can get his money back from Gerard,.. the business can roll on as if Gerard is an astute guy.. I mean.. its the answer to everything, really..
