Does anyone know how the police found out about the affair so fast? Was GBC throwing TM under the bus from the beginning.?

He told the police that morning. I can't remember but I think they asked if there were problems in the marriage

10:51am: Ms McHugh said she was aware Mr Baden-Clay had a fling with another woman while at a real estate conference in Sydney.

He had confessed to sleeping with the woman during a phone conversation with Ms McHugh the following day. He then convinced Ms McHugh to jump on a plane and fly to Sydney to be with him.

Ms McHugh has been excused from the stand.

3rd child and second son, Nigel was christened - Nigel Gerard Arden Clay. So IMO that’s where he gets so finicky about pronunciation of ‘Jerred’ – he was carrying on like a pork chop about himself, not just his son, when he challenged the prosecutor from the witness box.

10:55am: The 31st witness, Dr Nicholas Burke, is now giving evidence over the phone.

He said Allison Baden-Clay last visited the Kenmore Clinic on March 19, 2012, when she was seen by his colleague.

"She discussed that she's been having premenstrual mood swings," Dr Burke said, reading from Mrs Baden-Clay's medical records.

Mrs Baden-Clay was advised to increase her anti-depressant Zoloft from 50mg to 100mg.

"And a prescription was written to that effect," Dr Burke said.

Seems that any 'depression' Allison felt was caused by the actions of another and would be causation by outside factors, rather than clinical internal ongoing depression. MOO

I am wearing black underwear so I must be depressed on the inside - hate for anyone to make assumptions about my mental health based on my outfit - how would nige cope with katie prices most recent clown get up?

The affair text book is getting a good workout today "I will leave her" "we dont love each other anymore" "of course there is noone else" what a gullible woman she was - but then I have zero sympathy for anyone who becomes a married mans mistress.

It's common for doctors to start someone on 50mg zoloft then later increase it to 100mg. This seems quite normal. I've been on high dose of 200mg for many years and I function normally (I think).
