Thinking of coming in. What do you think is on the agenda today re witnesses?

  • #83
but if it was his razor it would have minute traces of blood and skin from normal everyday shaving anyway, so probably not really evidence unless he handed it to them with obvious chunks of skin from that morning.

Yes! you are right there. I didn't think about that until after I posted.

TMI

Everyone having used his real estate to buy or sell a house in the past will remember receiving emails from him and now they know where they were sent from......:floorlaugh:

In addition, I believe that there were no bloody tissues in the bathroom, which for arguments say, one would use to wipe off blood from a shaving cut. Nor was there any blood residue found on any of the razors. GBC is a liar. If he's lying about this, which he is, then what else is he lying about? He couldn't lie straight in bed at this point :notgood:

That is exactly right - the officer explained that he was looking for evidence of shaving cut - bloody tissues etc not just the razor.....

Good morning all,

It was mentioned that Allison saw psychiatrist Dr Tom George for 6 months (reported in the Brisbane times).

http://www.brisbanetimes.com.au/que...ive-coverage-day-5-week-2-20140617-3a9wj.html

I wonder if he will also take the stand? He specialises in Post Natal Depression so it was probably years ago when Allison saw him though... If they do question him, hopefully his responses will corroborate what the other psychologists/counsellors said re: Allison not being at risk of suicide, and further deteriorate the defense's argument.

10:23am: Senior Sergeant Curtis asked Mr Baden-Clay about the scratches on his face ...

"Gerard I have to ask this question, those two marks on your face could be consistent with being scratched," she said.

Mr Baden-Clay replied: "I cut myself shaving. As I explained earlier ... we own a real estate agency and normally on a Friday I meet with our sales team and we look at a property ...

"[We] changed that to yesterday, because Kate our property manager and Allison are going to a seminar in the city today ...

"I needed to be able to do the school run. I was up this morning, just after six."

10:15am: Sergeant Andrew Jackson has returned to the witness box.

The court is now listening to more of the recorded conversation between Mr Baden-Clay, Sergeant Jackson and Senior Sergeant Curtis.

10:28am:

Senior Sergeant Curtis asked: "Is there anything that would have happened last night that could have set her off?"

Mr Baden-Clay replied: "I don't think so."

Senior Sergeant Curtis later asked: "You didn't get into a fight last night?"

Mr Baden-Clay replied: "We've had some challenges, but this counsellor recommended ... that we have a 15 minute session each day, each evening ... we had one last night and ummm, there were some difficult things that we talked about, but we then finished and we then talked about what were the plans for the today like the kid's sleepover and the seminar."

10:25am:

Mr Baden-Clay told the officers he had a shower and a shave and then checked his emails while sitting on the toilet that morning.
"I check all my emails while I'm sitting on the toilet, did that," he said.

"And then I was rushing because I needed to get all the girls up."
