Crown Prosecutor Todd Fuller QC

:loveyou::loveyou: :gthanks:

Where is Danny Boyle aka Dan the Man? Was he leading the investigation? Now we have 'fuller' gets to the full story.

Allison's pyjama's are in the same place the clothes he had on when he murdered Allison.

Where are Allison's pyjamas? They were never found at home? If I were on the jury I'd find that highly suspicious.

Gerard says if you'd asked him where Kholo Creek bridge was before April, he wouldn't have been able to tell you. #badenclay

A RE Agent not knowing every nook and cranny of his local area????

He had a rental property out that way. Of course he knew where the bridge was! I'm sure Todd Fuller will get back to that one.

I can't stand the photos of the BC's smiling in the photos outside the court house...what reason on earth is there to even faintly smile???

they've got GOD on their side

Fuller: did you see her pyjamas. Gerard: I don't see them in that picture #badenclay

Dodgy, dodgy, dodgy answer.

And in other thoughts, given that GBC had already been out 'looking' in the Captiva before the police arrived… were Olivia or Nigel ever questioned about where the Captiva was parked when they arrived?

Very suspicious! I think it so important to establish where (or if at all) her pyjamas were found... If not found...highly suspicious...

For me, I always put my PJ's on the bed when I'm getting ready in the morning, and that's where they stay. WHERE ARE THE PJ's? Anybody?

We're her pyjamas ever found? If not, very suss if she went walking her Pyjamas would have been somewhere in the house...unless of course something happened and GBC had to get rid of them and the evidence...

IF they're not in any of the pictures & police found no chequered pyjamas in the house...............

my guess.......buried.....along with her phone.

Not once has anyone from the BC's family, especially GBC, pleaded for the police to find her true killer??? That speaks volumes IMO...

I think all of us at WS hear you on this point H-L - someone who lost a pet would do more than GBC did on that day that Allison allegedly went missing!

Just another piece of evidence that may not have come to light if Gerred hadn't testified in his own defence. Nice work! "Give someone enough rope . . . . "

I can almost hear QC Fuller....

...............where are Allison's chequered pyjamas Gerard???????

He is holding on by a thin thread. Problems in his business & personal life . Too convenient for his wife just to "disappear". The jury have to see through all this surely? Although oneof my work colleagues was on jury duty ( not this case) and I wouldn't trust her judgement on anything . Bring on the verdict my nerves can't stand this. Hope the Dickies are happy with the debrief they would have gotten after court. I have to trust these people ( police & lawyers) who have done a brilliant job so far.

I've only been able to read tweets today so I've missed a lot of context. I'm not understanding why GBC is referring to the pyjamas not being "in the photo"? What is the significance of them not being in the photo? Sorry if this should be obvious to me.

The fact that they seem to be missing does seem highly significant though.

My take was that he was studiously avoiding the question, and being a smart-a to boot. I don't believe for a minute that Fuller was asking him to pick out the pjs in the photo - but GBC repeated a couple of times that they weren't in the photo. If he had known what Allison would be wearing for her walk, then surely he would have checked to see if her pjs were actually somewhere in the house.

Oh my goodness, more than I had hoped for, what a day! (A bit more than somewhat distracted at work!)

The tooth that was broken was described as being sharp- the corner of the lower left canine, Allison would almost certainly have complained of the sharpness, (had it been broken the night before), it would have been driving her tongue crazy!

The world now can see exactly what GBC is. A disgusting, inadequate excuse.

I agree... I'f she went for a walk like GBS suggests her pyjamas most definitely would be in the house...if not found...well...very suspicious...I hope they make a big deal of this in court...

Fuller asks whether Gerard saw Allison's pyjamas anywhere when he woke up. Gerard says they're not in the photo. #badenclay

David Murray @TheMurrayD · 11s
Gerard: don't know where her pyjamas were. Her shoes were missing and a pair of leggings she wore #badenclay
-------------------------------

Doesn't know where the pyjamas are but he knew what she was wearing when she went "missing".

GBC didn't answer the question. He was being a smart arse with his answer! According to that tweet Fuller said did you see the pyjamas, not do you see the pyjamas.
