Not a very good driver, is he? Accident on the 16th in his own car, then another a few days later in Rob Cheesman's car....

12:47pm: Senior Constable McLeod said Brookfield resident Stephanie Apps was door-knocked by police the day Mrs Baden-Clay was reported missing.

He said there was no record of Ms Apps contacting police again.

A surprise witness in the trial, Ms Apps offered an explanation for the screams heard by the Baden-Clays' neighbours on the night Mr Baden-Clay allegedly murdered his wife. Ms Apps said her children were fighting on the night of April 19, 2012. She said her daughter screamed after running into a spider's web during the argument.

Being a bad driver is low on the list of his less than desirable qualities :banghead:

yor post said 7.00 pm not 8.30

Sorry, I was referring to a text sent to Allison at 8:30, from this tweet:

Tessa Scott ‏@TessaScott9 59s

Gerard sent Allison text at 8.22pm night last seen, Olivia sent Allison text at 8.15pm. @9NewsBrisbane #badenclay

The 7:00pm I refer to is the estimated time she would have arrived home.....meaning....why would he be texting her if she'd arrived home earlier :)

yor post said 7.00 pm not 8.30

Allison left hairdressers between 6.30 pm and 7pm, so Allison would have been home by 7.15pm the latest. A text was sent from GBC to Allison at 8.22pm, but Liaden mentioned it was probably a work email sent to several people at once. Hopefully, Defence will clarify this. jmho
